Walked in about 1130ish in the morning on 7/31/22. Stood at the area where it stated to wait to be seated. My husband and I were the only customers in there. One employee must of been engrossed on the phone watching something while doing something else…and another employee was in the kitchen and doing his thing. We just watched them do their thing as neither one ever turned to look towards the front of the restaurant to acknowledge us. Soooo we just left.

The best gourmet type of pizza out there that is fire cooked! Bread sticks are amazing and the different varieties of pizza are so delicious! I love the Margherita pizza and the Chicken Florentine and of course the regular pepperoni and cheese!Vegetarian options: Veggie type pizza four or more types!Parking: parking is available at anytime and quick too!Kid-friendliness: Kids menu !Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps for easy access

This place used to be one of my favorite go to’s for pizza and beer but after tonight I will never be returning to this location. Absolutely worse service I’ve had at any restaurant in awhile. Waited over 10 minutes after being sat to get greeted. Took another 10 minutes to even get the drinks we ordered. Once the food was dropped off our server didn’t return once until after we had finished eating about 30 minutes later. I asked for the check, finally got that back and gave him my card. He proceeds to set my credit card at the host stand and just walk away to the back. Absolutely the worse service and honestly the food quality has gone down as well.

Excellent experience!Our server, Josh took great care of my family! The pizzas we ordered were okay.Customarily, we were greeted soon after entering the establishment and seated shortly after. Our server came to introduce their self and let us know they would be taking our orders.We ordered two root beer floats (treats for the kids) and two Arnold Palmers (not on the menu but when Josh mentioned they had sweet tea and lemonade, I had to have one and my wife followed suit. ? As an appetizer, we ordered the Spinach & Artichoke dip; which came with blue corn tortilla chips. It was delicious, definitely a 'recommend' from me!I'm just sorry I didn't get a pc of it before digging in, because the presentation was nice as far as chips n dip go. ?My 8 year old eats like a teen already, so we ordered 3 full size pizzas and kid's pizza.The Americo, the fungi was substituted for by bacon; the 8 y/o smashed! The Bronx Bomber, minus the gorgonzola (I am L/I), extra sauce for me. The Spicy Shrimp, as is, for my better half. Both of the latter pizzas had some spicy ingredient (allegedly ?) on them.Aside from that small hope being dashed to bits, the food, the service, and the atmosphere were all pretty good.

OK we normally love this place. Tonight was less than desirable, wings never came? I have no idea why. The wings are honesty the deciding factor when we choose a place to eat, and we chose you! My wife and I got separate Chicken Tacos. The meat was so dry and tough its was like jerky We were hungry so we ate them:) Very disappointed, i would suggest the owner hire a manager before this place circles the drain! GL

The lights kept changing brightness our whole visit. The sausage on my pizza was burnt. The atmosphere is ok but service is lacking considering the place is mostly empty. The breadsticks are good but a ripoff. Why is 6 tiny breadsticks $8? Overall: food is ok , service is below par, atmosphere is ok. I personally wouldn’t recommend to go. There seems to be a staffing issue as well as a quality control issue and it makes sense why it’s empty at 7pm on a Thursday night while the Mexican spot next door is packed to the brim.

Ordered Shrimp Baja Tacos that were so good! Was still hungry so ordered their rosemary garlic wings (I think that's what they're called) and they were also great! I had the tacos modified so they weren't spicy with no problem. Madi was the cook and did a great job, even checked that everything was done right as they weren't too busy. Thanks Madi! Never had a bad meal here. My server Kiera(maybe Kiara, I forget) was so nice also. Very attentive! Thanks!

We've eaten at brixx several times and the last time will probably be it. We love their food but the service just isn't great. This last time, we had Thomas as our server and we were seated close to the kitchen. I overheard him ask to the kitchen to put in our appetizer in the over....20-30 minutes after ordering it. Kitchen goes...oh, for table 24...sure. After that I knew I wasn't ordering anything else. And of course we cashed out and of course we were table 24.
Great pizza. My friends stopped met at this restaurant prior to a concert at the VB amphitheater. We shared a pizza and it was plenty for two. If you have a large appetite you might need more. Free beer samples from local breweries were there promoting their beers. They also have outdoor seating.

Pizza was yummy. Wings on the dry side. My waitress seems like she loved her job. Just not great at it. Had to ask for straws, napkins oh and to refill my kids Shirley temple, she charged us for another drink. I thought that was lame. Other than that my little girl loved the Hawaiian pizza

I had friends in from out of town and we needed an option of not overly spicy, greasy or salty because of my friend's dietary restrictions. We had a substitution on a pizza, and it was no problem whatsoever. The pizzas were yummy.

i've been here four times. the first two times were okay. food was never great. the most recent time (today) was non-arguably the worst. we sat there for maybe ten minutes before the waitress came to take our drink order. there were maybe ten tables and three servers. no reason for things to take this long. she asked if we wanted more time to look at the menu like we hadn't been sitting there for ten minutes already. we ordered and our food took half an hour. food was mediocre. we paid the bill and waited another ten minutes to get our change. if it were busy and you only had one server i would understand, but with three servers and a half full restaurant it's pitiful to see such poor service.

1st time here. It was really good. The wings were fantastic. It was super cool to watch them cook the pizza in the brick oven. It reminded me of being in Italy.
