A few of us drove to Brothers on Friday of last week around 6 pm and it wasn't open?? Nobody in the building and nothing on social media about it being closed. Not sure what's going on, but figured it was worth sharing in case others try to go.

Our last visit was unusual as no staff was available when we seated ourselves as indicated on the sign at the entrance. Either a manager or supervisor is lackadaisical and does nothing to support the staff. When staff came out they took good care of us and we always enjoy the food. Wait staff was cheerful and attentive, and helpful. We recommend their pizzas and other entree's on their menu. Just recommend the manager get their act together and work on their team work. The location is great and they could probably do a lot better with proper leadership.

Didn't realize it was $2 mixed drinks on Tuesday and we stopped in with the kids since we were in the shopping center.Service was lacking a bit. Every time I needed something nobody was behind the counter. I had to wait several times. Although, the staff were friendly.Music was so loud I couldn't hear anything or anyone. Maybe. Or the best place to bring kids because the music had profanity in the lyrics. Food and drinks on the other hand were great! Portions of food were large and drinks tasted great for the price!

Placed an order directly with employer at12:30 pm for a 4:45 pm pick up. I arrived at 4:40 and was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes. Guess they go by football minutes, because I didn't get my food until 5:30. Others in line for their pick ups were receiving incorrect items. I've heard they have new management (owners). Guess it's just won't be the same as it once was.

I love the food here my all time favorite place for pizza and wings and I would argue best wings in the area! I’ve been a fan of brothers for years first over off great neck and now over here off kempsville. I’ve had the knots, salads, pizzas, and subs and they’re always amazing. The little containers on the side really make it all shine even more.Their pizza crust is thinner than chain places and the crust is crisp and the dough tastes great,and it tastes even better the next day after a night in the fridge.The wings are very large compared to chain places. Like huge.… and the SAUCES. Best and most consistent flavors in the 757 in my opinion. Dragon tso is the absolute BEST but all their all their sauces and dry rubs are AMAZING. Give it a try, it’s definitely worth it!

Want to give this place 5 stars so badly. However, recently the pizzas have been inconsistent in terms of doneness, freshness, and taste. We've gotten burnt pizza on the bottom a few times.

The pizza was good i enloyed it. There are not too many good pizza places in Virginia compared to the awesome pizza places back north(New Jersey, New York, Connecticut) but Brothers & NY Pizza are about as close as you are going to get when it comes to authentic pizza. Staff was great! Bar area is nice if you want to stop & have a drink and watch sporting events & have a bite to eat.

Was left unattended while the employee was ignoring our existence, looking at us sitting direct line of sight for 10 minutes or more. Never greeted us. Never said hello even as we walked past. Will never go again. Only after we gave up and walked out did they come outside to say, "I was just about to come over."

I've had great pizza there in the past. But I just experienced the worst one ever. WAY over cooked. Meat was dry, and crust was like cardboard. Disappointing to say the least.
Good food reasonably priced. Good football wings. Service good Pizza good also Atmosphere nice and sporty.

I ordered the 2 18" Pizzas, 25 Wings and 2 liter Soda. The Wings were cooked to perfection and Pizza would have been Great except for the skipped out on the the Sauce and cheese. When you Send $79.00 you expect to get skimpy anything. I had to add cheese and sauce to Pizza when I got home.

First time there was not sure what stuffed pizza was. But it was awesome!! The kids love the pepperoni and wanted more. I ordered between lunch and dinner and it was delicious.!

Came to this location instead the Beach location(where we usually go) what a mistake, first the waitress is every bit of 13yrs old maybe... didn't know anything about the beer menu, I asked If she could send out someone that did, 10 mins later, the cook came out ,said no bartender here ,but would try to help... I ordered 2 mic ultra, another 5 mins goes by only to be told, he only has one cold beer. Man I gotta have beer with my pizza , but not tonight , I am washing it down with water.. I was at the point of leaving and heading to the beach location. Just hope my pizza hasn't been spat on ... haven't received as of the writing of this review, , one things for sure WE WILL NOT EAT HERE AGAIN. Sorry Bros. Pizza for the bad review but come on ..
