First of all I usually love this place..Ok now fast forward to this visit. The store was empty. We ordered and the first indication of a problem was The guy asking a few times what bagels we wanted again..Well i dont eat pork,So i order Turkey sausage 2 eggs on bagel...Get home ready to eat,The covering and inside are so greasy they have saturated the bag and the bagel is a greasy mess...Then upon further inspection Not only do I only have 1 egg,But the guy put half cooked bacon and regular sausage...I know its regular sausage because I removed the bacon and ate the bagel against my better judgement and now I have the worst stomach ache from the sausage..This might be a little understandable if they were busy but we were literally the only 2 people in the place...

VERY poor customer service. After ordering, paying, and waiting...the same guy who took our order came to ask WHAT we ordered after serving multiple other people. No apology or acknowledgment. Won't be returning to that business.

Breakfast sandwiches were delicious! We were in va beach for the weekend and needed something quick before we hit the road to go home. They delivered quickly and everything was very good.

By far one of the best Bagels I've had since my time in NYC and decent service as well. The concept for the ordering line is a bit weird... One would expect to pay and order at the register first but they have you wait around a wall and order first. I would definitely recommend check this place out and return again!

I ordered the bagel with turkey sasuage it was good looking around the place needed to be cleaned the floors were dirty all the tables were pushed to the side due to COVID the air duct on the ceiling were filthy I noticed it after I purchased my.meal I'm concerned about dust which I'm highly allergic to to fall on the bagels I dont think I will return here you would think that they would do some major cleaning due to the current conditions

I came here on a Thursday afternoon close to closing. This was my first time and I was craving a bagel so I was excited to be here! I was impressed to see such a variety of bagels and customizable sandwiches to make out of them. I noticed they offered catering packages which was good to know. I decided to try their smoked salmon bagel sandwich. It came with cream cheese, smoked salmon, capers, red onion and tomato. I asked mine without tomato. They were not busy at all, which is why I was a bit confused as to why it took so long to get my bagel together. They were nice enough, but when the lady checked me out she said I was "all set," when in fact I didn't have my bagel. I waited patiently and finally asked the guy where my order was. The lady didn't tell me they needed to get more salmon in the back. No problem really...just confused. My bagel was delicious! I asked for extra capers. They gave it to me. They did put tomatoes when I asked for none...I just took it off. Bagel sandwich was delicious. I just felt they were a bit unorganized especially how it was not busy at all. I would still come back when in the area.

I really like Bruegger's for their customizable sandwiches, great tasting coffee, cleanliness, and timing, and freshness. This location has always given me a good experience. My husband and I wanted something quickly, on-the-go for breakfast this morning and chose Bruegger's since we had our pups with us in the car. We were in and out of the restaurant within 10 minutes as we came at 9:30 and were the only ones in line. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and veggies, and my husband ordered a western bagel and a cinnamon bagel with peanut butter. The workers were all really courteous and helpful. My bagel was delicious but the cream cheese at Bruegger's- no matter which flavor you get (there are many) is always tasty. The vegetables, including the lettuce were crisp and fresh. I really liked the diced jalapeños on it too. My husband's western was great with the bacon and of course the cinnamon bagel was just dessert breakfast. Also scored in great taste. The restaurant tables, floors, and counters were clean, and altogether we had a good experience. We got a medium pumpkin spice coffee too (they always have good black coffee blends) and the total came to $13. Breakfast on a budget, success!

Ordered the Farmhouse bagel and my husband got the Western . These bagels were probably some of the best that we've tried. They're definitely filling and a must try if you find yourself in the VA Beach area. There was a bit of a line today but it moved pretty fast. They were out of their hash browns so I didn't get to try that. I'm kinda bummed about it but either way my bagel was enough to make me want to go back.
It's very disorganized when ordering and paying, BUT the food is good!!

Breakfast sandwiches were delicious. And the employees are kind. However, a majority of the seating within the restaurant needs to be replaced. The upholstery is so cracked it scratches up your skin if you sit down. The cleanliness in the bathrooms need extra attention...as the flooring is slippery and the bathroom as a whole is unkempt.

It was ok. I got a lunch sandwich. Wasn't crazy about the lunch meat though. Ill have to go back and try just a bagel with cream cheese. The service was great though!!!!
