I have been coming here for years and always experienced good service until my most recent visit. While waiting in line, another boy walked up to the counter and was then directed to go to the back of the store to come inside with the workers. While fulfilling my order, what appeared to be this random boy off the street proceeded to scoop my ice cream without any hand washing or gloves. I was also told they were unable to fulfill one of my menu item orders due to it being too soon to their closing time - 30 plus minutes prior to that time. I understand these places are often staffed by young teenagers, but this experience was completely unacceptable.

(7.2023 date, second time trying)I finally got to try your Ice cream shop and I had a milkshake. It was very very good. You’re getting back up to four stars. I’m gonna try it again. Definitely thank you very much. I always give people multiple opportunities to remedy any situation. Thanks again have a great day.(First time trying)I just left your establishment and it's a Pity I didn't get any ice cream because there's one person working in the store on a Saturday what kind of stuff is that how can you have one young lady working on a Saturday and it's 90° outside I'm sorry I probably will never taste your ice cream
The first experience here was great, I had the banana pudding ice cream in a waffle cone. It was some of the best ice cream my husband and I have tried! The service was okay. The second time I decided to bring my family of 6 that was visiting to try my new favorite ice cream spot! It was a Sunday evening, busy as expected. However, after waiting 10 mins and seeing about 7 cars go through the drive thru, my family was ignored at the window up front. My husband waved at the worker at the window to get their attention, she looked right at him and continued the drive thru orders. When my husband got her attention after waiting another 5 minutes, he explained it was a bit rude to be ignored and that we have been ready to order. She once again continued with the drive thru orders. We simply left and went to Dairy queen, shame on the service! It could have been saved with a simple acknowledgement at least or a "we will get to you soon" even though that wasn't going to happen.

Ordering was easy. Though as a family of 7 our orders were all out of order and the bigger party after us got most of their orders before us and when the last of the dessert was called out we were told it wasn’t ours. When clearly it was like it’s not gonna cost you an arm and leg to give someone an order that they asked for and paid for. Fix y’all’s organization it’s not hard to do order by order. Very disappointed#dontholdicecreamhostage?
