Was traveling through and stopped here for a quick bite. Let me tell you. I’ve never had a Whopper taste this amazing before. It was the most beautifully made Whopper and the fries were perfect! Wish I could rate higher than 5 stars.

I walked in and said nothing in line. I got to the front of the line, and the workers completely ignored me. I waited for around 10 minutes in front of the line while the workers were hardly doing anything. Ironically, I only wanted 3 cups of water for a group i was with. I asked them for water and they said we don't use these cups and after another minute they gave me 1 cup of water, so I had to go to another store. I'm not sure if it was an off day, but the service was atrocious. I do not recommend it, definitely while in a rush as we were.

My food as always was fresh as it should be being that I waited for and extra 15mins. Service and food was pleasant as always when I visit this location. Which by the way is the only location I can tolerate, the staff is always super pleasant, and accommodating. I just sometimes dont like the wait of it all. It is called fast food after all. I have become familiar with some of the staff and I believe that makes a major difference of it all.
Staff was rude and upset that we asked the difference between an oreo shake and the sundae shown on the screen. Would give zero stars if allowed. The sundae was shoved at my husband and he was told "well we don't have a spoon". Everything that was said to us was with a raised and agressive voice. We do not recommend this Burger King to anyone.

This would be a great place to start a fast food restaurant.I went in at about 12:15pm which should be peak lunch hour. Im the only one there and was told by the girl at the register that was clocking out of her shift that someone would be with me in a minute (no problem). So I waited while 4 employees discussed life and shared stories for 5 minutes at least and never once addressed me or any other business related items.I left and purchased lunch elsewhere.

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes when I was the third car back with no one in the parking lot. Very slow service at this location. They are always out of items on the menu also.

Went thru drive-thru & was pleasantly greeted by a very cheerful voice over the intercom & @ the window, something not encountered often. So the cashier made for a wonderful experience & i imagine, atmosphere in the work place/restaurant.

Food is good. It's one of the few fast food places on my way home. They never have their parking lot lights on after dark and makes me feel unsafe at times. Staff are nice, but the are grossly under-staffed every time I stop in.
5572 Princess Anne Rd, VB When will corporate finally decide to close this location? Usually, there are only 2 employees that work at any time and at a snails pace. They are a one order at a time kinda place.

Around 4pm 11-15-23 entered store. Stood at register for 5 minutes, made eye contact with 4 employees, very little interaction. Watched a lady that walked in after me go to the counter, get greeted and get her food (probably ordered online). I walked out.

The line was long but a whopper was what I craved. I was greeted at the speaker by Vanessa who apologized for my wait but was so sweet and kind. She made sure she repeated my order and made sure it was correct. Once up to the window I was greeted by cash with a smile and a total. He made sure my order was all in the bag and ended with a have a nice day. Great service and they were so short staffed.
