The place itself was very attractive and clean and decorated very nicely. The servers were fast and very pleasant. My only complaint was that the cheese pizza we purchased tasted exactly the same as the cheese pizza they serve my kids in school!

Food was awesome. Service was very slow and the restaurant was not very full. Was not the waitress’s fault who was attentive but food took a long time to be brought out. My biggest complaint though was the bang the front door made every time someone came through the door. We were seated at the very first booth inside the door and when the door shut right behind us we all about jumped out of our skin. I would not recommend anyone sit in that first booth and/ or the restaurant needs to figure out a way to have the door have a softer close.

The food was amazing and the staff was very attentive to our needs.Parking on the street is tight but you can park in the garage next to the restaurant.just remember where you park you have the north side and south side entrance and elevators

I've been to other California pizzas, but this is my first visit at this location. Seated immediately. The restaurant was pretty empty. It was a Sunday afternoon. I was actually surprised that it wasn't busier. Our server came over to the table Right away, and offered us water and asked if we were ready to place an order for drinks. We replaced our order. I had ordered the chicken dumplings which I've had at the CT location. I actually liked them a lot when I had them there so I was excited to have them again my friend and I ordered a pizza as well and she ordered an appetizer to. I can't recall what her appetizer was. When I got my appetizer, I went to take a bite and it tasted funny like it was bad. It was a really weird taste that was offputting took a while before the server came back. I informed him or I should say I tried to inform him that something was wrong he took the plate so quickly and brought it back to the kitchen never asking if I wanted something else or if I wanted them to re-cook them never making mention of anything. Honestly, it seemed like he was upset. That changed the whole tone of the visit. The pizza came out shortly after the pizza was very good had a lot of flavor. It was just smaller than I anticipated it would be. I am on the fence about this location. I might attempt to try it again and hopefully have a different server the server had some sort of attitude and I can sense it when I watched him with other tables as well. Sorry, I did not get a picture of the potstickers. Unfortunately they were taken back too quickly and I was not offered another serving of them. I thought he was gonna offer me something else like I stated earlier my apologies.

Per the menu, you can sign up for the app and get a free appetizer. Did just that since we're in the area often so might use it more.Upon checkout, attempted to use my coupon code and was informed that it has to be on the next visit. So looks as though I probably won't be going back because of false advertising.Pizza is also decent, but way overpriced for what you get. Highly recommend going to a legit pizza joint, which is just what I'll be doing in the future.
If you like this type of pizza, then you will enjoy it. Always good for me.

the chef didn't provide no excellent customer service and I have recieved a negative attitude from her and i was quite surprised and she look like she did'nt want fix the issue and i have been there three times total.

I was there this past Thursday the 18th of January my server was Maverick he brought me silver wear which was dirty. So I ask for plastic silverware afterwards I order my dinner when I finish my dinner I ask him for my check the customer in front of me told me that her server gave them and there friends a percentage off there bill just becauseits something that they do there with all customer they also told me that my server should have given me and envelope with a percentage off my bill as well he didn't I said okay thanks for letting me . So my question to Maverick or too the manager at the Virginia Beach location why was I discriminated against do better bye all people that come into this establishment I was a paying customer as well. and the trip part I gave him a tip not knowing all of this do better.
