We’ve had good experiences here however today we got take out from here. Full order: fajitas, chorizo nachos, shrimp and rice, chips/cheese/salsa/quac. The fajitas tortillas were burnt and unchewable, the side of beans/rice that came with them was runny & cold. The quac dip was a bit rancid/brown.

Mexican decor. Solid Mexican food. With all the Mexican places around, this is one of our favorites. Unsurpassed service. More than fair prices. Try the molcajete. Also enjoy the salads. Good dessert options, too.

It has been almost 24 hours since I had lunch and my stomach has not stopped churning in what I assume is thanks to the lukewarm microwaved lunch I had while here. Between this, half empty bowl of chips and barely cognizant staff, I don’t know if I’ll ever come

We had a nice lunch while visiting Virginia Beach. The chips and white sauce was yummy, plus the queso . Chicken quesadilla was delicious.

Good food… but really inconsistent. My wife and I both ordered the steak and shrimp plate. One plate had only one small steak, the other had two. None were cooked correctly. My sons meal came out wrong, the waiter noticed and showed us the plate before taking it back to the kitchen. Shortly after he brought out a replacement that had half the amount of the food the original plate had. We asked about it but he did not offer to fix it. Finally, when I got a refill my drink came out with sour cream in it and on the side. DISGUSTING!!! I ordered all my food without sour cream even, so no idea where that came from. No discount was offered and I didn’t ask for one, but I think they should have offered at least. Honestly, I was just glad to leave after the sour cream soda.

This was the first time that I had gone to his restaurant in years. I thought it looked beautiful inside. The food was great I have no complaints although I too thought the beans should have had a little more seasonings my only disappointment was when the server came and told us that if we needed a third order of chips and salsa we would have to pay for that. There was nothing on the menu That's dated that and that was the last time we saw the server another server took over. The first order of chips and salsa was fine and the server removed it because our dinner came and then he brought back a second order but to be told that we wouldn't get any more or less we paid for it was very improper. That should be clarified when you sit down. I just thought it was a funny statement to make to us. When we really didn't ask for any more. Maybe better training for your serving staff.
