Single handed the worst bar in Virginia beach only has a low end bottle selection, rude bartender, not welcoming to black men , openly racist and aggressive. Pocket checking for u to by drinks before u comfortable. Man don’t gooooo here ever unless u want to feel like you’re in Jackson Mississippi.

Cindy is amazing! Came in one night because our regular bar is busy. Walked in with not too high of expectations. The bartender made us feel at home. She was the only one there, cooking and bartending. Amazing service. I hope this woman gets the recognition she deserved. We will definitely be back just to see her!

So you got hole in the wall and dive bar. This bar is a combination of the two. Clearly comprised of locals, Capone's has been in business for 13 plus years. The bartender was a sweet older woman who was very attentive. The drinks are strong, beers are pretty basic tier. I'm talking Miller, Bud Light, Bud, Yuengling, Heineken and Corona. The liquor is in the photo listed. Tiny kitchen but adequate The decor is prohibition gangster, Rat Pack, Frank Sinatra and so forth. Aside from the smoke, I didn't mind this place.
