I just wanted to give a huge shout out to chanello store number four for going above and beyond I had placed the order at store number 12 Kings Grant I get there to pick up my order and the doors locked and the people at the Chanello's on Lynnhaven Parkway store number four did not hesitate to go ahead and take care of my order for me since I had already paid. Is very hard to find that kind of customer service these days where another store will take care of a sister stores mess up thank you so much to everyone at store four

Flavor isn’t bad. Pizza is very dough-y. First time I ate here it was the same way. Thought maybe it was just a mistake. Needs to be cooked longer. It feels and tastes like it was taken out of oven about three to five minutes too soon. Both times same thing. For the price, the formula doesn’t add up.

Reallyyyyyyyy SUCKSSS You guys got rid of your traditional chanello's dipping sauce. For regular ranch you can buy any store ....... Just may have the stop ordering chanello's and find a new favorite pizza joint

Absolutely Shameful. How in the ever loving hell does Extra Cheese = Half regular cheese and half tomatoe paste with toppings. Idk what is happening at this location but the bar has drop significantly lower the past few years. Used to be a family favorite, now I'm thinking about the dominoes down the street, atleast they seem to know how to make pizza right and how in God's Green Earth do you get mix up with channellos signature dip with Buttermilk ranch?

This Chanello's Pizza is located in the Salem Crossing shopping area. There's no dining table for a sit down meal, only chairs for the pickup wait, which lasted about 10 minutes. However, the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich tasted great with the sauce.

Chanellos has the BEST garlic knots I've had in my 35 years of life!! I don't care what their pizza tastes like I'll order them just for the knots lol.. also the pizza is delicious lol.

I have a daughter that lives out of state. When she comes to visit, she always asks for us to get Chanello's pizza. It is by far our family's, favorite pizza. I was filling in for a sick employee tonight cleaning the parking lot in front of the Chanello's on Lynnhaven Parkway. The store had closed about 15 minutes earlier, but an employee inside saw me working. The employee came outside and gave me a cold bottle of water. There are still decent people in this world.

We ordered from here for a quick dinner on our last night in Virginia Beach and were pleasantly surprised. The pizza was absolutely delicious. We got one cheese and one ground beef. They had a balance of sauce to cheese, the sauce was very flavorful. The crust was light and delicious, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I would definitely order from here again!
