"Fast" food. The fact our food was still pretty hot by the time we got it, I'm assuming the poor kids in the BOH were working their butts off, but it still took a while. I've seen other locations with far longer drive-through lines, but keeping things moving at a good clip. This location just felt bogged down. The dining room was also in some disarray, being poorly stocked, and not the spotless dining environment I know the brand prides itself on.Dietary restrictions: There is a growing number of menu items for our gluten intolerant friends.Kid-friendliness: I've heard some locations are finally reopening their Play Places

They are always super quick with the food, I always get no pickles too and I've only had like two times where they have accidentally included them. Even so, they help with that by rewarding you with a free sandwich on the app if you cant go back to exchange.
Management is weird and overbearing. Every time I go in to pick up a doordash, someone is getting "talked to" for seemingly no reason. Not to mention one time a store manager practically yelled at me, two feet from my ear, as soon as a walked in the door, like "heyyyyyyy welcomeeee" in a really loud, really fake tone. My ear kinda hurt and it scared the daylights out of me. Drive thru employees are always super sweet tho and never had a problem with the food.
I always feel sad for the kids they have outside without heat, working hard, and the maze around the building doubling up for profit. That part I dislike. Everything else is fine.
