The worst Chinese I've ever had. Our dog wouldn't even eat it. I would of been better off burning a 50.00 dollar bill.

So I ordered dinner online, which was easy. However I did not know that my location was too far away for delivery. We were only 4 miles away. So they called me and said could we come pick it up, which we did. The food was ok, nothing great. I got the General tso, which was just ok. I also got chicken wings and rice for my wife. The fried chicken was cooked way too long. I would try again but this experience was not good. We are coming from out of town.

Not bad. Not amazing either. Coconut shrimp came as fried shrimp with sauce on side. Sauce wasn't very coconut flavored. Had to add coconut to it at home. General Tso chicken wasn't even remotely spicy. Everything else pretty standard for take out chinese food.

Food is hot & prepared to order. Staff is friendly. Space is clean. Delivery & take-out only.

I love Asian cuisine and decided to give this place a try after grocery shopping. I was so disappointed. I ordered the Mongolian chicken and pork fried rice along with a spring roll. All choices were very bland, mushy and oily. We will not be returning.

VERY Mixed Review!First the Positive:The Crab Rangoon is very good. Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Well seasoned but could use more crab. Now for the Negative:Absolutely the WORST fried rice in history! China Hut took some Instant Yellow Rice, added tiny unseasoned strips of breast meat and some onions, then called it, "Chicken Fried Rice"! UNBELIEVABLE!Nothing about this dish could be considered "Chicken Fried Rice"! Did it contain:Carrots?--no!Green Onions?--nope!Peas?--nada!Fried egg?--not at all!Any Flavor?--not in the least! How can you call yourself a Chinese Restaurant if you can't even make the staple dish of every Chinese Restaurant in the entire USA?!!Save your $10 and buy some Ramen from the grocery store for 99 cents. You'll save money and it will be oh, so much more flavorful!!

Food ok. Very unfriendly service and they need to clean the place.

We have ordered take-out from China Hut in the past and we have enjoyed our selections. The restaurant is a quick meal. We ordered the Beef with Broccoli and the Egg Foo Yong. Both were very good. The Beef with Broccoli had plenty of beef. The broccoli was fresh. There was enough food for leftovers. The Egg Foo Yong was also plentiful. The sweet onions in the filling added another taste to the eggs. The Egg Foo Yong was accompanied with a brown sauce. Both selections included either pork fried rice or white rice and soda. The service was quick and the price was the usual luncheon special price charged by similar take-outs. The restaurant is located at the intersection of Upton Road, Princess Anne Road, and Sandbridge Road, in the Harris Teeter shopping center. It is located next to the Goodwill Donation Center.

got the food delivered out to the house we were staying in. I got the steak and rice. the steak had some kind of brown gravy on it. didn't like the gravy, so I washed it off and reheated the steak, then it was fine. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their food.

China Hut has the usual luncheon specials. The difference is that the luncheon specials are very tasty. We ordered the beef with broccoli and the shrimp egg foo young. Both specials were very good. The broccoli was fresh and there was ample beef. The foo young has perfectly cooked sweet onions and a very good amount of shrimp. Each special includes either fried rice or steamed rice, and a can of soda. We would have preferred wonton soup instead of soda. The selection of soda is very limited. The luncheon special ends at 3:30 p.m. The price for the special is $6.29. The service is quick. The normal menu has many selections. This restaurant is strictly take-out, although the customer may call ahead to order or order online. Delivery is also available. Japanese Specials were added to the menu, mostly chicken, beef, shrimp teriyaki or hibachi entrees. China Hut is located at the Sandbridge Commons strip center, at the intersection of Princess Anne Road, Sandbridge Road, and Upton Road. The restaurant is a few store fronts from Harris Teeter.

This China Hut is located in the Sandbridge Commons Shopping Center near the corner of Princess Anne Rd, Sandbridge Rd. and Upton Dr. I've been here now several times over the past few months for take out. My most recent visit here was on May 13, 2020.This China Hut is take out and delivery only. There is no seating inside this restaurant. On the table to the left after you come in has the condiments you may want to get such as duck sauce soy sauce, and hot mustard sauce, along with napkins and plastic utensils. My usual go to here when I am in the mood for Chinese is to get the General Tso Chicken. Sometimes I'll have the full dinner version of it or take advantage of their lunch special. I've also been getting egg rolls or shrimp egg rolls. Each time, the food has been great. It was nice and hot, even after getting home with it. All the types of egg rolls I've had here too have been great as well. What's even better is that none of the food was greasy either. Ordering and the check out process is very easy as well.Overall, I've had great experiences here and will continue to come here when looking for Chinese food. If you're in the area and looking for some Chinese food, this place is worth checking out.
