This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this chipotle as I just moved to the area. Every. Single. Time. I receive portions that are way below average. The only thing that is consistent with other locations is the rice. The workers look like they’re about to be fired when I even ask for more cheese or corn. I understand the meat but even then, I order double every time and it looks like a normal portion at other places. Next time I go I am going to take a picture and weigh my bowl and compare it to a different location. I’ve been going to chipotle for over 10 years and have been to chipotle locations in different countries. This is by far the smallest portions I get. I pay 18$ for a double steak bowl which I normally have leftovers of. None of my 3 bowls I’ve ordered here have had a chance of having food leftover.

Seems like people behind the countertop were not keeping up with food that needed to be cooked. Waited 20 min for chicken to be cooked at 12:00 and they didnt seem to think that was a problem. Not very apologetic about it either.

I am a DoorDash driver. Tonight's shenanigans displayed piss poor management and lack of urgency. I literally waited in line for PICK UP for over 40 mins to be told, when I finally got to the near front of the line for PICK UP, that I had to wait. Mind you people were jumping in front of me getting their orders. I'm assuming the lady with the pink multicolored hair either was high as hell or didn't know how to do expo. None of the other staff jumped in to help her until it had gone too far. Not only did it waste my time , it for sure blocked my money this evening . Terrible

This Chipotle is really bad. If you order online, you wait for 45 minutes for you food. If you go through the line, the employees give you laughable portions of food. I will never return to this place.

Awful service, the people serving were not friendly, shorted us on food, got mad and said they were out of Queso when the guy next to them had a whole thing of it. They gave us a small sprinkle of lettuce and thought we wouldn’t complain about it. Absolutely ridiculous don’t go here.

Poor customer service. Disappointed because I used to enjoy coming up here. Food was alright. Harassed and cat called in the parking lot. Just go to Pembroke or Lynnhaven instead.

Guess because they were closing in thirty min they didn’t have queso ? Or lettuce or the brain cells to correctly make an order . Got chips an queso but just the chips. An then no lettuce on anything
I must say this restaurant has came a long way, I stopped coming here for a long time Set the bad customer service and the bad wait times.Then decided after a while I will give it one more try, I’ve been back at least a dozen times in the past few weeks and noticed they have Some new employees that I’ve never seen before. But I’m glad they’re here I never got more of a welcome in an excellent customer service in the store ever at this location I hope they never leave….
