Came in today at 3:30 and the cashier didn’t acknowledge me or my child. He just stared straight ahead? It was super weird. Didn’t place an order because he was too awkwardly rude.

I haven't had Cinnabon in a few years. So i was excited to get a nice delicious roll for my late night food rendezvous!! Lol... Well it didn't go as planned. The cashier forgot to put my extra frosting into bag. That changed the game. My bun was as dry as a popeyes biscuit... Lol. So i had to make my own frosting at home... It just wasn't the same. It also lacked flavor. They used to be so good years ago. Maybe it was an off day. But me and my tastebuds have a good relationship and they'd never lie. I was eating dough with no taste. I ended up giving it to my kids. Somehow they managed to get it down. Kids, i tell ya!!! Lol. I don't think I'll be back to this location for more. But I'll definitely give it another try elsewhere...(No pics because my emotions were running high and i forgot)

For the second time in a row, I was served old Cinnabons. They leave inventory sitting around for a long time. They were dry and hard, sad to miss the brand but is not worth it.
I got there right as they were closing and the accommodated me. I mean, a sista needed a little bun and they helped her out LOL

Before I begin this review let me start off by saying that this review is based solely upon my personal experiences and my personal experiences alone,so with that being said let's go!!..My wife and I went here on Saturday and both received stale cinnabons, I haven't had one in years before we went on vacation and we made the same purchase at the Cinnabon in the Florida Mall on Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando and let me tell you those were the softest most fresh tasting pastries I ever had in my life( seriously)!Maybe I shouldn't compare malls but I am!!..Cinnabon should sell fresh pastries no matter what location you purchase them from!. But not from Lynnhaven Mall, they had no problem of selling stale pastries!. I will never purchase a Cinnabon from there ever again.That's a promise!!..
