First time trying. My husband and I came from hampton for his birthday dinner! The food and drinks were all amazing! Our server Ashley was very attentive and made sure we had a great experience. If you haven’t been here, please do yourself a favor and try it!

If you had asked me to write a review the first 20 minutes I was there, I would have written a very hangry, upset review.When we first walked in we were greeted immediately and taken to a table, which was surprising because they looked pretty busy. The hostess was very kind.We sat for around 20ish minutes with no wait staff approaching our table. I did not mind at all because I was aware how busy they were. Until…. A table sat next to us and was immediately served water, and asked if they had questions. I was a little pissed off and very hangry. I went back up to the host stand to let them know what was going on.Now, I was taken back to my table. The professionalism shown by the host, waitstaff, and I am guessing the manager in admitting their mistake, was so refreshing. They apologized and told us the our wait staff had not been told of our table. I cannot say enough good things about every staff member we talked to. They even went as far as taking a chunk out of our check, which was not necessary but greatly appreciated.Onto the food, it was incredible, my daughter loved the spaghetti pancakes. I had the southwest scramble, yum.I will be back, once we move. ❤️

Had a great meal in a cool atmosphere.Dinner started out on a sour note. We were seated and then forgot about for 10 min. It was during the dinner rush. Jacqueline realized we were not being waited on, and she took action. We received excellent service from there on out and had a great time. GREAT EMPLOYEE!!!

Civil Libations is one of my favorite restaurants in our area. They have such great food, seafood, beef, pork, chicken and brunch is spectacular. Definitely need to try them if you haven't.

Amazing customer service, so welcoming even if my party of 8 arrived super late (1.5hrs before closing). The food was great. I just wish there was a Civil Libation in the Chesapeake area.

What a fun little spot for some tasty treats. We took Uber from our hotel after some cocktails, this location is about 7 miles from the Virginia Beach hotels. Service was excellent and we were served cocktails and food very promptly. Make a reservation!

Although my wife and I only got appetizers, they were delicious! Coconut Shrimp and Scallops over Street corn. The atmosphere was casual and most welcoming. There were many delicious looking entrees and we will be back. Oh and Manager Mollie was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Thank you.
