I ordered a ice cream cake for my boyfriends birthday, and it was so good, never had Cold Stone Creamery but it was amazing. 10/10 would recommend

This was my first experience at a Cold Stone Creamery. The staff were nice and efficient. The place was very small. After sitting at a table to eat our ice cream, we had people walking past us to order, and each one of them had to consciously avoid us by squeezing through. Plus, there was an unpleasant odor in the building.

Just had a horrendous experience at this location. I placed an order for ice cream cupcakes for pickup today. Went to the location and stood to the side where the online pickup sign was. There was one party ahead of me in the scooping line. Told employee when he was done with that group I had an online order. He proceeded to ignore me and focus on a much larger group that walked in AFTER me. Stood there, getting irritated because I was clearly there first, and when he came back over to the register, another gentleman behind me told him he needs to balance both lines as we could have been out of there before the other group had even decided what they wanted to order. At this point I asked for his name and he refused. He then told me he was making me wait out of spite and the guy behind me as well because we were "just door dashers" (I was in fact not one and I placed the order through the cold stone website and was a regular customer but he assumed I was). He then ignored us yet again and went on to help another group that came in after us. When he finally gave me my order, it looked like he shook it around the box and it wasn't even right and judging by his attitude I wouldn't be able to trust that he wouldn't contaminate it in some way. . I asked for a manager and he claimed he was the manager. There was no way to address this with anyone if he was the manager of the location. Absolutely horrible experience and will be contacting Coldstone directly about this incident.

The wonderful bunch of teens that were working the night of September 9th were excellent! Everything came out fantastic, orders were made fast and we were out of the store within 10 minutes even with how busy they were! Wonderful customer service from these individuals!

every time I come in to pick up an order they clear the whole entire line and do not fill the online or pickup order until the line is gone. they have very slow service it's unacceptable I ordered online and still have to sit in the store longer than 15 minutes waiting for my order.
customer service is the worst here. no queue in front of me and i stood in line for 20 minutes even with 4 employees standing around doing nothing. i ordered a SMALL and the girl tried to put a full brownie in there, i asked if she could please cut the brownie in half and she said “no it’s okay” like no it’s not okay.

I've been a regular here for quite some time, and lately, I've just decided I've had enough with this location. If what you enjoy is children employees who lack respect, confused employees who yell at customers for calling them out of their pronouns, managers who openly disrespect their employees with public bouts of yelling and profanity, then this is the location for you. I strongly suggest finding new, competent management and restructuring your employee base because, as it stands, you only have 2 or 3 employees that are worth keeping, and they're new to the store. The only thing keeping this store afloat is the location. Located anywhere else, this store would completely fail.

The lynnhaven pkwy. store in Virginia Beach is managed by young adults lacking adult supervision. The service was awful. I walked out. Dairy Queen was a much better experience.

I din't get any pictures but I took my kids here for a splurge ice cream! They usually share one with their brother who is dairy free so they usually only have one option. While their brother was gone, I wanted to treat them. They were so excited and the staff here were patient, kind and friendly as it took them a bit to pick their perfect flavor. I wish I would have gotten the name of the girl who helped us, she was wonderful!
