The employees weren't wearing hair nets or gloves. One employee had long pointy nails which are unsanitary. You can't even put gloves on without a nail poking a hole in them. I'm sure one of her fingernails has went into the ice cream.

Disappointed the way my order was prepared. The ice cream and mix-ins were not nestled inside, nor chopped and folded into the ice cream mixture. The lady just scooped everything and placed it in a cup. Either she’s in a rush or not trained well.

I took a picture of what I wanted from Coldstone website & sent it to my husband.It was a chocolate dipped waffle bowl.He then showed the worker what I wanted.They told him they do not do that there & gave him plain waffle cone!Absolutley ridiculous!Why have it on your website if your store does not make it?!We will not be back!Also my husband ordered the honey pecan brownie icecream & was given a plain vanilla looking icecream!No pecans no trace of brownie or honey!Refer to photos.

After I waited in line for almost an hour the girls behind the glass all stayed awesome and smiling the entire time. There were people leaving and saying stuff about the line. Being under staffed was none of their faults. Ice cream was AMAZING. ( got that bday cake remiX in the massive size. Thank you again

Had no sugar vanilla and I added peanut butter and it was excellent all things considered. Then my family got 2 chocolate and they said it was some of the best that they'd ever had. Reasonably priced and good service.
I love the coffee lovers flavor and usually get that . I was super excited .However , the lady who made the ice cream did not add any nuts at all. made it taste terrible. Please train the new employees properly !!!

Had to travel to 2 different shops. First one was only taking on-line orders, no in-store payment method accepted. System was down. This caused a lot of chaos.Second store, who had the same system issue issue, took in-store orders, wrote them down in a notebook with price and accepted cash only. This store moved the line along at a swift pace. This was a kudo moment for this store's leadership.The other store lost customers and made it harder for the customer.
