My wife was delivering DoorDash and she went to the pickup window because they don’t want delivery drivers to go through the drive-thru. The temperature had dropped to the low 30s and she was left waiting for 15-20 mins for her order that she was picking up. While the drive-thru continued to get there orders. So my wife, who was standing in the cold, had to wait while those who were in their heated cars didn’t have to at all. This didn’t make since or seem right to me. I’d think you would prioritize the orders for the people waiting in the cold to get them out it sooner cause if not then they should be allowed to use the drive-thru.

Staff is amazing and thoughtful! I don’t often stop when driving through to VB, but with it being hot ice cream was needed! Fixed everything quickly and were so nice.

I waited to get a Blizzard and a med cone for a silly amount of time considering there was only 2 other people inside with me. I finally left after 15 minutes of being ignored. The "workers" were all in the grill area laughing & talking. No one came out front to take my order.I worked at a DQ Brazier in PA when I was a teen back in the late 70's, if we didn't serve our customers in a timely matter we would have been fired. A different time I guess. I truly hope the next time I try this DQ I'll actually get my blizzard & cone instead of leaving empty handed.

I usually deliever Uber Eats and Doordash orders from this location. But the last 3 times I went as a customer the staff ignored my order. I was waiting for about 10 mins one time when I had to ask where my order was they made it really quickly. Everyone else got their orders quickly while I had to wait a excess time for 2 blizzards. Also the ice cream was extremely melted one time it was like a soup. I will not be returning to this DQ again as a customer. The staff loves to hide in the back and gossip while people wait for their orders.

I made a purchase for a med. blizzard and had coupon for a mini blizzard at Diary Queen at General Booth Blvd. Va Beach. The server refused to give me a receipt for my purchase telling me it company policy when using a coupon Thay can't give me a receipt for my purchase. That incorrect. I'm intitle for a receipt for any purchases that I make.
They prioritize the drive thru, so if you walk up and order the wait may be close to 30 minutes while 10 cars pass through having ordered after yours.

I feel like Dairy Queen is like Rally's, a relic of times gone by. It is nostalgic to sit in the drive-thru and get a blizzard from time to time.If you come during peak times the line can stretch way into the Aldi parking lot but it moves quickly and staff are really efficient.My ex-husband loved to come here and get burgers and fries while I primarily only got the Blizzard of the month special which is really good.They have a small seating area if you walk up and want to eat outside but there is no indoor seating here - just two walk-up windows.

I loved my Chocolate Chip Cookie dough blizzard! It was delicious! This worker named “Diego” was such a delight! He was so nice and welcoming! He deserves a raise! Definitely coming back!! A++++
