I normally look for opportunities to hit up this Dairy Queen since it is close to me, and my experiences are normally positive. Not today's visit. The window service was ok. She seemed confused with my transaction, but probably because I paid in exact change cash, $13.37, and she was handling a customer ordering at the same time. It was the food and price that were disappointing. I ordered the 4 piece chicken strip combo with a drink. I was generally aware of the price of the combo, but I will note that it is a significant increase from several months ago. Whether it's from general inflation or increasing operation costs or higher wages that are part of the state's economy, I don't know. The food was the biggest disappointment. For the cost, I was expecting larger strips. Both the fries and strips were barely warm at best and quickly became cold. The bottom line is that the food was not worth $13.37. I might have to change the choice of fast food chicken strips to a nearby SONIC. Thank you for taking note of my concerns.

Typically always amazing food with an amazing staff. This is probably the 2nd or 3rd time though where I order the strip basket sauced and Buffalo on the side instead I get plain tenders and no sauce. Please work on quality control a little. Aside from that yall are

I've been going to this Dairy Queen for a few years now, the best way to describe it is it's like the Chic fil a of burgers. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly and attentive. The napkins are large and soft unlike most restaurants these days where the little napkin smells and feels like it was recycled the day before.Their burgers and hotdogs are some of the best in fast food. Their ice cream and blizzards need no introduction, simply the best.I never miss a chance to get a burger and a blizzard when I'm in the area, highly recommend!

The staff is usually very friendly but this is the second time they got my order wrong. The first time I let it slide but now I really have to write a review. I wanted 2 hot dogs and I emphasized i wanted both of them plain, not a chili dog. I guess its my fault for not double checking in the drive thru but I arrived at home only to find out I received 2 chili dogs. Can't eat it, so i threw them both out and my money is gone.

Last year I used to go here more because my mother was staying at Princess Anne Rehabilitation across the street... it was "ok", but available if I needed something quick. I went there recently because I was in the area again, and was completely in SHOCK at the prices being SO HIGH!! Just for 2 burger meals and a 6 piece chicken strips (chicken only) cost $36!!! Of course I asked what was costing so much and JUST the chicken ALONE (6 strips only) was $12.?!!!!!! I asked the drive thru person to take this off of the order. What in the world???? And their strips are tiny too!!Now I know WHY the drive thru line was wrapped around the building, moving extremely slow at WENDY'S down the street!!! I'm sorry but my budget can no longer handle Dairy Queen prices! Never again.

We went to DQ at 11 am on a Monday and got blizzards. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The store was clean. The blizzards were thick and delicious.

The employee at the drive thru (presume black male) told me my brindle pitbull who is DYING OF CANCER and will BE PUT TO SLEEP this Friday- looked like a Raggedy Scooby-Doo.He even told other employees that my dog- who was getting a pup cup for the second time in his entire life! In front of me! I was so dumbfounded I couldn't respond. This is the hardest time of my life and I can't believe this happened while getting icecream!(EDIT: I got a large cup of whipcream and a Royal Ultimate Choco Brownie Blizzard [medium] I have my receipt)
