A very chill atmosphere to dine-in; however, the ramen is not the best. It's not good that you pay $0.50 for your ramen to be spicy yet it didn't. The broth is a bit bland but the pork and garlic chicken kind of even out the balance. The noodle was not the type of noodles that I enjoy. The toppings are good except the edamane was slightly overcooked so it's a bit mushy. The best thing I have, on the food side, is the garlic chicken from the ramen. It's delicious and would've love to make it spicy. Please don't take this review serious as I haven't ordered any drinks there yet.

ooooo... My sis and I have been ordering from this location for several months, (takeout), every Sunday. They hired this chick manager, I guess, whatever she, maybe 6 weeks ago, and she is horrible! Ever since she came in, portions have been cut in half, but, still charging the same , consistently get orders wrong, and to too it off, when myself or my sis have gone back to tell her that our order is wrong, she looks at us like we are trying to get some free food! She has misery written in her face. Killing this location. It was 5+++++ before her. I also had to call several times, I'm guessing calls are routed to a central location where a dude answers, apologizes, and says to go get the right order, still to be greeted by this chick. Yuck! Find someone else, because you all have lost customers that pay hundreds per month.

Place was MID. Rice was mid. Crab salad was mid. The sauces were so much worse than domoishis usually are. They even gave me the wrong sauces & wrong fish. The one on princess ave with the old lady working the front is much better.

Food was good however I was shorted half of an egg in my ramen and the fish cake that was supposed to come with it. You have to order using a kiosk and it prompts you to pay a tip for good service. I paid the tip not knowing that we did not get any sort of service from the people that worked there, we had to get our food from the counter and had to clean up our table too. So what is the point of tipping? If anything there should be a discount from having to act as a server yourself…. If I wanted to serve myself and clean up after myself then I should have save 60.00 that was spent on only 2 people and stayed home.

The lady working today would have been better off not wearing gloves at all. She kept the same gloves on making my mom's food, my food, the people who ordered after us. I paid cash and the same lady wore the same gloves. Then she filled cups, went in the back and who knows what happened with those same gloves then came out and made a smoothie. I appreciate wearing gloves but gloves don't protect you from everything. Is there a thing about cross contamination? Raw fish and chicken?

This location has definitely gone downhill over the years, I recommend Koko's Chicken and Croffles instead. Much better quality and service.

GREAT FOOD! The best "Asian Fast Food" I've had since I lived in Japan! It's clean, easy to order, MADE to order using fresh ingredients, tons of healthy options, friendly staff, reasonable prices and authentic to the Asian countries I've visited. This isn't "American Chinese food". Head to PF Changs for that. This is how you get served in Japan, Taiwan, and Korea for fast food. Highly recommended.

This used to be a good restaurant. However, over the past year they have been reducing the amount of toppings you can have, raising prices and charging extra for items that used to be included (for example, reducing poke bowl sauces down to 3 from 10 and charging .50 for each additional sauce). I would patron them quite often, but no more. Bland bowls, miserly with sauce (even when paying extra) and bone dry, overcooked wings. Check out the photo for what they claim is .50 worth of sauce/oil. For what it's worth, I always tipped in advance. The location at Kemps River at least has better, more consistent food prep.

It's been twice now that my order was incorrect, and usually I don't mind these types of things, but both times they've forgotten the fish (the second time they put ONE piece of salmon)? I don't see the logic in spending almost $20 for something I'm not going to get. I've also tried calling the store to resolve the issue but was met with being hung up on. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Usually never have any issues, but I only ever get boba, until today. There was mold on the strawberry shortcake I got. I’m so glad that I didn’t just take a bite out of it. The whole thing was bad ?

What a bummer, ordered the beef bulgogi steam buns and ended up with barely one bun full of edible meat, the amount of stringy bouncy fat was disgusting.

I've eaten here several times, most times it is hit or miss. Maybe the food is under seasoned or over cooked, but the last few times over the course of this year has been horrible. I've been served GREEN meat, and rotten noodles. Yes the noodles themselves smelled like spoiled pasta. I 100% believe that this location consistently serves spoiled food, it has happened too many times for it to be a fluke. About a year ago I did mention that one of their items was overcooked and their response was, they were ordering different cuts of meat due to inflation...while that maybe true the problem was still that the food was overcooked. Anyways I fear that they have also begun using spoiled meat that they did not sell fast enough, to save money, I hope I'm wrong. I think the management maybe in over their heads, that's understandable. But this location needs to be shut down until better management can be obtained, if not someone is going to get very sick one day.

I went here the first time and the barista and he just sat there, no greeting. The server was nice. The beef bowl was great, the chicken on the other hand was ridiculously hard ?. I went back a second time and all the employees were stand-offish and acted like they didn't want to be there or wanted to work. I'm not sure who oversees this location, but the customer service is lacking putting it mildly. Perhaps one day someone will explain how customer service works. Even though I really enjoyed the beef ? ?, I however don't need to pay the salary of anyone who doesn't realize of why they are there. Keep the terrible attitudes at home with the people who fostered that.
