The fried chicken is so crispy and flavorful . I’m from New York and it’s hard to find crispy fried chicken in the Chinese restaurant. This one is the best I’ve had I don’t know why they didn’t have a lot of customers y’all are sleeping on this place I don’t know about the rest of the food, but the chicken is A1.

FOOD WAS COOKED TO ORDER FRESH AND HOT ONE OF THE BEST CHINESE IVE ATE AT IN A WHILE..MS WAUHN WAS warm& FRIENDLY AND VERY PLEASANT .GREAT PRICES MY MEAL WAS UNDER 16 dollars and I got a special combo and added an extra egg roll and soup!! All was DELICIOUS AND FRESH!! WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND GO BACK!! Close by as well and clean on the inside..

Dragon Restaurant cooks everything fresh and to perfection!!! The crabragoons are the perfect balance between sweet and savory--the perfect crunch!!. The sweet and sour sauce is to die for, with hints of orange!!!! The egg drop soup is also definitely one of the best we have ever had. The service is great, staff is compassionate, and everything is cooked from the heart!! Would recommend to anyone willing to try a new Chinese food spot.

Best Chinese food I've discovered in my 8+ years of residing in the Hampton Roads area. Throughout the past decade I've had the opportunity to dine at countless locally-run Chinese take-out establishments and may I must say I've finally found a clear-cut winner. Today, we decided to order a few of their lunch specials all set at a more than reasonable price considering the current state of the economy. Upon entering, we were greeted by an extremely friendly lady (assuming she is the owner) in which I didn't get the chance to catch her name; aside from that we had already placed our order online prior to arriving just directly after they first opened today (Sunday). The wait time for the food was steady pace with no delay in when we were planning on it to come out and be finished; the food was cooked fresh with amazing flavors on each individual dish, and I will 100% return if I happen to be in the nearby vicinity as I reside in Northern VB; being a mere twenty-five minute drive from my current residence. In conclusion, if you reside in Hilltop, or really anywhere in VB, I strongly recommend & advise for you to come and try Dragon Restaurant and their business as I was thoroughly impressed as I first time customer.
We have some fine options for American-Chinese takeout in the area, but this is the one I've settled on over the years. Consistently great food, reasonable prices, and always friendly staff.

Food is 2 stars— the funny happy lady who runs it gets 5 stars so we will average up to get a three. Prices aren’t bad but the lo mein, fried rice and chicken dishes we got didn’t have much of a flavor to it. Ill try it again at some point to give them another shot.

Bland, flavorless, disappointing. The fried rice had bean sprouts which was nice but it was still bad. It was yellow and bland. Couldn't really taste anything. The restaurant had an odor when I walked in which should have been a sign of things to come. The staff was pleasant, greeted me with a smile and the food was ready upon arrival. The only positives about the whole experience. Highly do not recommend.
