We stopped here on our way back home from the beach. It was the worst stop we made the whole trip! The donuts were old and hard. We tried heating them n microwave and they still were awful.

Worst customer service across the board! The white bearded mgr thinks he owns it and speaks ignorantly when he can. As well as a few employees under him, let's call him trying to be ghetto to fit in with the other employees. Be careful if you complain of their poor customer service, you'll become the problem and they'll mess up your order, talk about you in front of other customers, & probably spits in your drinks or food. N. Great neck rd location shouldbe shut down due to how poorly its run.

This new Dunkin is my favorite in town!The only dunkin that always gets the order right, every time! The employees are really quick and friendly. I even left my credit card behind once and getting it back was no problem at all.

Hands down the best Dunkin' in the area! They make everything perfectly proportionate and don't burn your food like other Dunkin's. The staff is always so friendly and kind. Highly recommend this location!
