This Dunkin Donuts location has 5 people working, no customers, nothing happening. No greeting as to "Hello, welcome in" and employees are dismissive to non existing customer service. It's a shame for a big company like Dunkin to have such non-satisfactory customer service and dining experience. First time at this location and I was impressed! Employees were very nice! They made my 3 year old feel so special in the drive thru line! We will definitely be back! The donuts and coffee were tasty.
We liked it! The drive thru lady was nice and her patience as our first time was greatly appreciated. The drinks were filled up nicely and made well, donuts were so soft and fresh, and the jelly donuts were filled very well with jelly as well as a good amount of avocado! We enjoyed it! Good quality!

My iced coffee was nasty as hell. I don’t even think they mixed it up, just threw it in a cup and handed it to me. All the sugar, mocha, and creamer was at the bottom of the cup so the whole drink just tasted like black coffee until I reached the bottom of the drink. It literally takes probably about 2 mins to mix a drink smh. I’ll continue to make my own iced coffee…at home.

Their food is ok for on the go no time to cook. Donuts the kids love. I go for the coffee which for me is great and priced perfect. I am gluten intolerant so my only real food choice is egg veggie thing.Wish for more choices. But then prices go up. So I am good with the coffee thing. The service is very good. And the people are mostly friendly and welcoming.
