I've given this dunkin too many chances. stake donuts always. And they give you the wrong items always. But to have to get out of the car to get the items correct for them to be rude handing the items and say "get them out of the way". NEVER AGAIN! the iced coffe is bitter.

I'm a regular Starbucks guy. Employee wouldn't write on the cups what they were. Handed me a frap dripping down all sides. I left with a sticky hand. She was left with no tip. Also had sign, No food served.

America does not run on this dunkin. lady handing out the food YELLED at my sister because she was standing with our kids at the table and could not grab her food right away. she then proceeded to BERADE her and scream at her about how other people steal food.

Awful service, rude employees, and poor tasting food. When I ordered I was rushed and the lady taking the order was extremely rude. Then, they were out of croissants, which I was fine with, but when she asked what I wanted it took me a second. She proceeded to shout the same 5 thing over to me in a very very rude manner. 100% a -1 star review.

Went this morning for coffee and a bagel. Coffee was mediocre at best and the bagel was cold even though I asked for it to be toasted . When I asked for it to be warmed the rude employee snatched it from my hand and threw it away. Remade it, it was still cold and gave it to me with an attitude. Not a good experience at all!!!!!

So very disappointed! My egg and cheese bagel was a hard egg on a cold bagel. It wasn't toasted and had no butter or anything on it at all to keep it from being so dry and tasteless. They forgot part of my order and I had to go back up to ask for it. I threw my donut away after trying one bite. I used to love Dunkin donuts so I don't know what happened at this local franchise in Virginia Beach. I won't be going back
