My simple request to avoid shouting orders into the speaker was met with a brisk, “No, use the speaker or come inside.”Surrendering to the speaker, I placed my order.Yet, when I sought to add just one more item at the window, the sergeant commanded, “Back to the end of the drive-thru line, recruit!”—in a tone that would make a drill sergeant proud. The place was deserted, yet here I was, navigating a customer service obstacle course.This wasn't adherence to protocol; it felt more like tyranny with a side of sprinkles. Considering I was the only soul brave enough to face the donut dictatorship at dawn, the lack of flexibility was both hilarious and harrowing. Next time…there won’t be a next time.

Was having the craziest morning today and needed a 3rd coffee so I stopped in to DD. I’ve never been to this location and wanted to say I really appreciated the gals behind the counter. So genuine and professional.

Completely unprofessional! I just wanted my drink filled to the top and one of the managers REFUSED to do so. I want what I payed for. When I asked for the store number to let corporate know of this she also refused. Unacceptable Dunkin, I am disappointed.

This is my go-to Dunkin when I am on my way to work. I typically order ahead on the app and my food is always ready when I arrive. The employees here are generally friendly even when they are busy. Every food and drink item I have ordered is well prepared.Parking: There are four parking spots up front and three along the side of the building however parking on the side will trap you in the drive-thru line.

Horrible. Always out of drinks. When you ask for a refund, everyone wants to give you attitudes. Then they only refund you a portion of your order. If your race is of any color, I'd advise you to go to a different location.

I checked online and it said this location closes at 8pm. I just pulled into the drive through only to hear, “we’re closed”. It’s 7:30. I asked what time they closed, worker said they close “around 8”. I mentioned it was only 7:30, he then said they close at 7:30.Probably wouldn’t have been as upset if the kid working wouldn’t have talked so nasty and disrespectful through the entire interaction.Hopefully the manager sees this and can figure out what’s making his employees so unhappy that they have to disrespect customers just for asking what time they close.. when they closed 30 minutes early. Please update hours online.
The staff was EXTREMELY rude (seems like everyone is like that in Virginia though) and the food was so salty and the drink was awful and tasted like medicine. We dumped it. Not to mention, they took FOREVER.

Poor customer service and not much in the way of doughnut variety. I visited this location once, on a Saturday. It was staffed with one person who was running the front register as well as the drive-thru. With no one in front of me, I waited nearly seven minutes for the singular employee to acknowledge my presence. Additionally, I didn't observe any use of gloves by the employee as she serviced orders. To be fair to the employee, I'm sure she was doing everything she could to keep things together. Managerial failure to have this employee working alone. I like the brand, but this particular Dunkin' location could use an infusion of customer service and managerial oversight.

Just go to Krispy Kreme, you just can't compare the two. DD's donuts are not really that good. I think they are frozen or at least that's what they taste like.
