Got a sour dough bacon egg sandwich. The bacon was raw. The order seemed rushed. People at the counter are not very customer service friendly . Just slapped my order together. My drink had more ice than my tea. So basically paying for ice.

Made a quick stop (1st time this location) to grab a donut, and was in the store for almost ten minutes without anyone coming to the front counter even after calling out a couple times. I did see one employee who served the car at the drive through before she disappeared into the back of the store. So I left without getting any service. The store was clean.

I’m so over going to this dd. It’s super close to my house but lately they NEVER have the lobby open. It’s always just the drive through. I guess due to staff shortage? It creates a huge back up at the entrance to the shopping center and is just extremely inconvenient all around. I go probably four times a week and maybe one of those times they have the lobby open. They remodeled the whole thing a couple years ago and now keep it closed all the time.

Awesome customer service, great fresh coffee and as a everyday usual customer they call me by my last name and even already know exactly what I want , always leaving with a smile and that's what brings the customers back having them leave with a smile on their face with them waving goodbye to you and your family is the best feeling ever it's almost like some of these really good customer service people are so awesome it's like their part of your family but then you get the negative ones that ruin everything know what I say kill em with kindness smile and buy them a coffee and a strawberry donut with sprinkles and say live a little xoxo I love you Dunkin ...oh ps developers I have a issue with my app because I used to have a different email with that old email address and that was hijacked along with my old phone and the person that stole it I think is using my sim card because things started disappearing out of my app like my money I think it's this chick I literally know they found her bag it had my phone in it but not my sim card so we think shes using my apps like that someone is Lyft and Uber that money's dissaoating then all the sudden I cannot log into my app at all helpWheelchair accessibility: Yes

This is the nicest Dunkin I've been in. I hadn't seen this location since their remodel. It looks fantastic...so spacious! The service, donuts, and sandwich were all very good.
