She argued with me that I couldn't get a - Mango pineapple green tea refresher with almond milk! The African American manager looking like he refused playing dumb. Review the camera on January 31st. Between the hours of 6am to 8am. You will see my yellow mustard, Kia.I literally had to drive miles to go to another location and get the drink made with no issues at Dunkin Donuts on Virginia Beach Blvd. Virginia Beach, VA.

ordered a sandwich,coffee,and hashbrowns had to wait on the sandwich. when 10 minutes pasted I went to check to see if it was being made and saw an employee eating bacon outta the container at the food station.

You Never actually get what u want. I ordered the maple bacon sandwich croissant. I got a bagel instead . I ordered a Boston crème donut and got vanilla with sprinkles . My dragonfruit plenty of sugar. Other half of my order missing

The coffee at this location always disappint me. Either it's not fresh or they don't make the order correctly. I'm so over this location and their regular disappointments I just think the entire staff needs training.

Mikal is outstanding! I’ve been a customer for some time now. I use the mobile app and pick up in drive-thru. Mikal is always friendly, up beat and has a smile on his face! I go there so much I know his voice and he knows mine and all he has to do is say drive on around Jessica P!! Keep up the outstanding service Mikal you deserve way more than 5 stars

The food was thrown at me from the window with a dirty bag and two napkins covered in chocolate from the top of the donuts. Both of the coffees had all the sugar and cream in the bottom. We'll not be coming back to this mess. There is a perfectly good diner right next door that we'll go to instead.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Stopped by on our road trip back home to use the restrooms and get a bite real quick. Bathrooms were totally disgusting.They were clogged and no toilet paper was there. Went to order and the workers would just walk by and not say a thing. After like 5 minutes of waiting I finally got my order taken. Ordered a coffee and it had grounds in it and ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and it was cold as well. 0/10 definitely not recommend.
