Literally the worse. I don’t know if they just don’t know how to take an order or what. They charged me for 2 large lattes and gave me small. They messed up my whole order. They didn’t give me my donut or muffin and when I went back they still gave me the wrong stuff.

This place is horrible. I'm an Uber eats driver and it said in the app to pick up in store and they had trash blocking the front door no sign saying it was drive thru only. Smelt like pee in there too. Very disappointed.

This is honestly the worst location every time I've been thru the drive thru (I live within a couple of miles, I span out my visits to allow for employment rotation) the cashiers genuinely do not care about anything. They don't even say hi, they just bark how much you owe. They have the audacity to put out a tip jar every time I go through here they never have the donut I actually want in stock, no matter how early in the morning I go. I've ordered from door dash and that somehow makes my experience worse? I don't know how you mess up a doordash order - blueberry muffin, ice coffee, 10 piece munchkin. I received a coffee roll, iced coffee & 9 munchkins. All stale. Whoever owns this place needs to get better management. It's been years with no improvement but different employees. It's most definitely management issue lol save yourself a trip and go to the 711 next door. They're awesome in there

My coffee excellent. Service uncaring I used Postmates and they were very nice and pleasant since I was incapacitated. The employees at DD not so much.. didn't really seem to care and don't order the grill cheese sandwich it was awful. How do u screw that up besides the horrible bread they used. Stick to the coffee it was the best. As far as ambiance never went inside

I'm half asleep and I'm in desperate need of sleep...but for now, coffee will do... I've probably been here dozens of times, so I don't have any idea why I got out of my car since this is drive through only.The line isn't too long so I get my coffee pretty quickly. It's a little over three dollars for a plain, black coffee but because I'm not awake enough I didn't think to use any of the coupons on the app. Oh, well.I'm gulping my coffee as quickly as I can to wake up just enough for physical therapy. Good and quick drive through!

This is by the far the best dunki donuts I have been to in a long time and that includes ones from various states. The people are ways upbeat and friendly. My order is never wrong. Thank yall for being so wonderful

This tiny location doesn't stock 1/3 of the things in it's menu, items you'd find at any other Dunkin, and on top of that the items they do carry are regularly out of stock.What's worse, what's IN STOCK tastes OUT OF DATE, as if the other, nicer locations in the area offload all their old food here.Woof

I love Dunkin' Donuts Bavarian cream donuts but they no longer offer them to their customers. They say 'Have a Boston Cream donut, it's the same thing, but it's covered in chocolate and I'm allergic to chocolate. So disappointing!

I ordered a medium iced coffee with 3 pumps of coconut flavoring, 3 liquid cane sugar, with almond milk and got a MD coffee with 3 Caramel Swirl pumps, 33 Liquid Cane Sugar and Coconut milk. My MD hot Chai Latte with an espresso shot was very cold. My 25 Assorted Munchkins were not assorted at all. And my double shot espresso over ice with oat milk came with almond milk. I am very disappointed for the $30 I spent for everything to come out wrong. At the counter after I paid, she even gave me another persons drink, which I returned. I will not be returning to this location, as it was very much the WORST dunkin experience I have ever encountered. Dunkin website also won’t let me use my survey code to review.
