I love Dunkin as much as Krispy Kreme I give them both five stars didn't take a picture I mean hell everybody knows what's there why do you need a picture close your eyes and think of something fattening

Normally door dash my Dunkin order while playing with my toddler in the morning. Have had issues the last couple times but never made a fuss with door dash or the store. Now all of a sudden they're denying door dash orders, don't even contact you with a reason. Last order they were out of a donut I ordered and the Dasher was trying to contact me about it but told me the female employee "is impatient" and "doesn't want to wait" the few minutes it would have taken me to reply. Didn't receive my son's donut as a result.

Out of town visiting family and of course I stopped to get my usual daily serving , a frozen caramel drink. After waiting at least 15 mins AFTER online ordering, the drinkI received was VISIBLY wrong, so I asked for it to be remade. The worker had no Idea how to make the drink, so I directed her with the appropriate ingredients. While she made the drink correctly , I had to wait, and I also wasn’t given the 50 munchkins I ordered. I had to wait for those as well. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was advised the manager wasn’t there ! Very unprofessional and underdeveloped , under trained staff.

Female employee who was making food was eating bacon in the back, I watched her finish her food and then started preparing customers food without changing her GLOVES !! I said something and they were RUDE and could care less about it,as I was leaving they were talking about me. If you want some cross contaminated food this is the place!!

Completely messed up my order. I ordered an iced lotte made with milk and cold foam on top. The drink had no coffee in it it was completely milk. I didn't realize till I left but I wasted $7 for a cup of milk. Service was unsatisfactory as well.

Usually the place is 50/50 not great and not awful but too many times I've sat in the drive thru over 20 minutes to pick up an online order. I've tried store pick up and it's just as bad sometimes. Today I sat in the line, not even moving, until other people left the line entirely. This allowed me to finally leave the line because I was going to be late for work. I have nothing to show for what I paid for. As for past orders, the iced lattes are a random chance if they'll taste awful and bitter or like the drink your ordered. The frozen coffee is almost always good though, especially the caramel one. Food is subpar and always cold even if heated. The donuts are always dry and stale tasting but they are cheap and the glazed tends to be the best tasting out of them all.
The wrong coffee they gave me was good and the food was microwaved so it was okay. Perhaps it was because when I pulled up to the speaker I was told to wait 10 minutes then when I pulled around to get my order and another 5 min wait half of my order was received not as ordered and she had to plug in half I did not receive.

I was originally going to the gas station it's connected to but then I was smelling the coffee and looking at the munchkin holes and when I saw pumpkin holes . That's all it took. Service was on .coffee hot. Munchkins were a mouth full. Thanks
I waited 45 minutes to both have my order taken and for my order to come out incomplete. When I asked for a refund none of the staff knew how to give one. I left with my drinks, no food, and very dissatisfied.

Whoever is making drinks today around 2:30pm, is rude and has zero customer service skills. Ordered through my app and got a caramel frozen coffee. The drink was white when we picked it up so went back in to have it remade. It wasn’t a big deal but she said “you didn’t specify you wanted coffee base” when it’s a caramel frozen COFFEE. Then proceeded to fill my large as if it was a medium. Definitely not returning to this location.
