Great Venue, Unusual Bar OperationsElevation 27 boasts an impressive venue, but its bar operations left much to be desired. While the atmosphere and amenities were top-notch, the bar's pricing and serving methods were unconventional, to say the least.The venue itself is undoubtedly a gem, offering a vibrant ambiance and excellent facilities for enjoying live music and entertainment. However, my experience with the bar service was marred by unexpected charges and odd serving sizes.Ordering a simple vodka Red Bull turned into a financial surprise as I was charged an exorbitant amount for a can of Red Bull and a separate shot of vodka, served in what appeared to be an 8 to 9 oz cup. This pricing structure felt unnecessarily complicated and left me feeling taken advantage of.While the quality of the drinks was satisfactory, the pricing model and serving style could use some reevaluation to ensure a more transparent and customer-friendly experience. Despite these shortcomings, Elevation 27 remains a promising venue for entertainment, with the potential for improvement in its bar operations

My husband and I come here often. We always have a great time and the acts are fantastic. The employees from waitresses to bartenders and security are wonderful. A special shout out to Hugh, he is so kind.

I was pleased to learn that the general admission section had an area for their patrons with disabilities. Captain Mike & the Shipwrecks were outstanding.

Loud, but good.Very friendly atmosphere, just wish jt would be for more chill. It's the beach for crying out loud. Brought my fine cannon to take low light images like you've never seen before and was denied entry. Security is pointless - especially when Garrett didn't mind a bit.The sound is far too loud for building.Makes my head hurt even more thinking bout it. And the table reservation thing is totally pointless. While it said "soldout" online it had two tables occupied.I think it should never be reserved and open for whomever would like to sit there. But, for my first experience, it was nice for its size etc in Virginia & I find it a lot like the broadberry.

Cool funky little spot. Plenty of parking nearby at Walmart. Easy to get. Simple easy security check. They served food and multiple bars. No waiting and good drink selection.
The security guard stopped my black friend and said he was drunk and couldn't be left in. Terrible experience was my first night out since being based in Virginia
