This was our first time in after newly moving into the area. All I can say is that I was blown away by the professionalism, promptness, attitudes and atmosphere of this location. GM, Haylie and Stephen were friendly and so incredibly accommodating to my shy and picky daughter, making sure she felt comfortable and would enjoy her food. I highly recommend this location and will certainly be a regular customer living in close proximity!
I was excited to find out that there is a new owner!! I haven't been to this location, because the atmosphere was horrible. It seemed incredibly tense and the staff seemed nervous. But that's over! The food is back up to the standards Firehouse has set for me, too. The staff were overjoyed by the change of ownership and excited to work there again, so the service was even better than I remember. I'll definitely be returning to this location more often. Got lunch with my Fiance and Brother December 4th 2023. I was warmly welcomed by 2 friendly faces! Matthew and Colin had amazing service! The restaurant seems to be under new management as well!We ordered a medium club and a medium BLT with a combo (Drink and Chips! You can even pick from a brownie and cookies too! Such a variety!) . Our Food was out fast and drinks where awesome! There where so many selections from the freestyle Coca-Cola drink machine! From Powerade to Peach ? / ? Strawberry cream soda and even cherry lime-aid!!! Of course I had to go with root beer!! There was also many selections of chip, and had to go with the miss viks smokey BBQ!Overall amazing experience ! Will be returning all the time ? can't wait!
