My wife felt like having burgers and fries so we went here since it was around the area instead of going to the usual golden arches for quick burgers and fries. It's also been a while since we had Five Guys and this was our first time at this location.Coming in, the restaurant was pretty clean. When you go by the counter, the huge box of peanuts were open and ready for you to pick up from. My wife ordered first and asked if they still do lettuce wraps for the burger instead of a bun. She got asked if it was for dietary reasons or preference... I don't believe this was asked before unless they've been doing it for a few years now. Again, it's been a while since I've been to a Five Guys location. Anyway, I ordered the same thing. For two lettuce wrapped burger meal (shared fries and two regular drinks), the total came out to be more than $40. Okay, I don't mind since I know they usually give a huge burger and two handful fries. But the thing I did mind was the weird vibe that the employee had when we asked for lettuce wraps. I felt like she was judging us a little.Moving on, as we waited inside, they had called out our order and my wife went to the counter to pick it up. She went through the bag and simply asked if everything we ordered was in the bag. She always asks this because sometimes employees from different restaurants forgets to add a few things on the bag and we would have to return to pick up the missing items. Basically, its just her habit at this point. I watched from the table and saw the lady give a weird look at my wife, who was still checking the bag, before she noticed that I was watching the whole thing as it transpired. She, then, turned away from my gaze and seemingly tried to look as if nothing happened.Fresh burgers and a good amount of nicely seasoned fries eitherway.Parking: Few spots for disabled parking. Ample enough parking during the night. Can't say the same if it was a busy day.

Ok, it's true, these are the best burgers. All toppings are free, everyone is nice and in a good mood. They always give you way more fries then expected and the place is very clean.

Food is always correct, fresh, and hot! We were the only ones in there (2 people) and between the 2 of us only got 1 burger, 2 small fries and a milkshake. Took about 8-10 mins but aside from the wait, it was very, very good. Will definitely go back!GET THE MILKSHAKE!!!

the struggle is real johnson

I ordered a regular 5 guys burger....it was taking forever as I saw my food overcooking then the guy takes my burger off grill puts a slice of cheese on it and rapped it gave it to me. I opened my sandwich and the cheese wasn't melted at all..so I asked if he melt the cheese.he took it off my sandwich and throws it on the grill.... spins it around a couple of times puts it back on my bun. I dont eat out because the quality of the food lately is bad everywhere it seems..so i thought 5 guys is good....I WAS WRONG....WORST HAMBER EVER FOR 15$

I made the mistake, not a knock on 5 Guys, of ordering the regular burger, which is just too much with a very full order of regular fries. The price is pretty steep although lately most fast food places are. I can get a comparable meal for a bit less and still be happy and full.Overall a good experience but more food than I needed. Not someplace I'd go often but worth a try and certainly if you like it a specific way they have tons of options. The "competition" now charges extra for doing it your way so maybe it's not that much more when you tally it all out...

Super expensive! it’s not worth the quality or quantity for the food! I ate there once! Never again! You will go broke bringing a family of five to eat there!

Good burger and service. Only comment is they're heavy handed with the salt on the French fries. Just ask to leave it off and you can do it yourself. Everything else was good.

What can I say about five guys? The food isn't bad at all. It's pricey for sure but it's a pretty good burger if you have a craving and don't want to cook one for yourself.
