I'm always put off when something that's very apparent on the receipt is forgotten. The girl serving the fries asked very loudly several times for number 71, which I wasn't....I walked to the seating near the counter since I was 72 and she asked me very deliberately; as I was going to sit down if I was 71...which I stated of course no to. I eventually received my order and left, I live far away and when I got home saw that I didn't have my Cajun seasoning on the side...small thing but after witnessing attitude toward me for nothing. Was it innocent? I hate being left with feelings over little things....and I really wanted the Cajun fries but had my grandaughter and needed it on the side...

The customer service for this location was horrible. The only man who was pleasant to interact with was the man with glasses and the beard whose name I do not know at the moment. Overall this place needs training on customer service and mannerisms. It's a shame how a company like 5 guys provides inadequate training to their employees and shames/disgraces the establishment. It's not 5 guy's fault, it's the location's and management's. If you dine in this place, please expect to be treated off or have a 0 star dining experience. 5 guys please use this rating to better your service.

Disgustingly awesome grease-ball burgers and fries (and more fries, whether you want them or not, as they're apparently multiplying out of control and have to be given away in bulk before they rise up and conquer us all)!!! So good, but I feel like it shaves a few years off of my life every time I eat here (it's a good thing they're the years all the way at the end though, right?!).My favorite thing about Five Guys is the use of fresh jalapenos, instead of the pickled kind.

I have never been to your restaurant and I was very disappointed with the burger was so oily and greasy and the buns were old and they didn't even fit on the burger they were falling apart and gave me a terrible stomach ache I spent $60 on hamburgers and french fries that were terrible I would not suggest this

Enjoy the portions and the burger was cooked fresh. My 13 year old called it an expensive burger for two cheeseburgers one with bacon and fries and two drinks $37 dollars. It was the experience I told her. I love the 1950's 1960 era modeling.Kid-friendliness: Perfect for my kids.

I love Five Guys but I don't see myself coming here for a while due to the terrible service I received by Joseph A. on the evening of November 5th. Totally put a dent in the mood on my brothers birthday. On special events sometimes we'll ask if they could hook it up extra on the fries since we're celebrating. He gave the nastiest NO then proceeded to give him the least amount of fries he's ever gotten. You KNOW what a Large is supposed to look like, we got a medium for a large price + the attitude.

We ordered some burgers with sautéed mushroom and fresh onions… The mushrooms where we never sautéed they were just out of a can and mushy and we had like maybe two or three little tiny pieces of onions are you kidding me?!!! We used to go to five guys all the time, but to be quite honest with you, they have changed their quality and raised their prices!!! The hamburger really tasted like a very low quality and extremely dry. We will never go to five guys again not the one at Fairfield anyway! Would be nice if you all would step up the quality because if we are going to spend 35 dollars for two burgers, and one order of fries, it needs to be exemplary!!
