We've lived here 20+ years and have enjoyed the food at this fastfood Chinese restaurant. I cannot stress enough how polite and welcoming the staff is to customers. Selfishly I hope you reopen in another location of course, but either way, please know how your actions were noticed and appreciated. I've said it many times, the main cashier is absolutely the most polite person I've ever met (I think her name is Nom but I may have misheard when I asked). We've been enough time to watch her sitting in the back during downtimes and her interactions with her own family are equally as polite and genuine as with customers. I wish the staff has good fortune with their new beginnings.

Closing at end of the month due to Pembroke Mall modification project. Been here for 20+ years. They have always been very nice people with decent mall food. Grab a meal soon and let them know how they were appreciated all those years.

I ordered the General Chicken and Broiled Chicken with fried rice and an Egg Roll. The fried rice was dry and I nearly broke my jaw chewing on it. The time was around 130pm on a Monday The broiled Chicken was unflavorfull. The egg roll was crispy and good. The General Chicken was good. The place was clean.

Got the bourbon chicken. It was good. I got 4 lumpia also. 18 was the bill. Probably will not add anything but rice and two sides.

I cannot say if this Asiatic themed food is fusion or Americanized. What I can say is that it is inexpensive, with large portions, and extremely tasty. And, the woman who normally is behind the counter (I think her name is Nom - no, not a joke) is possibly the nicest person on the planet. Go, and enjoy! But please save me some bourbon chicken.

I come up here all the time, love there shrimp teriyaki, one of the few things that I genuinely look forward to when coming up to Pembroke Mall. They're very fast, and I've never had a complaint besides wishing the portion sizes were a little bigger. Overall, if you're in Pembroke mall (can't figure out why you would be) and looking for a bite to eat, flaming wok is your best bet ?
Love the teriyaki chicken and veggies cooked on the grill.

I freaking love this place! The staff here is always nice to me every visit. The food is amazing and well worth the price. Even though I don't order it all the time, I do recommend their bourbon chicken. The fried rice is always freshly prepared, never tough to chew or burnt. I love getting the spicy chicken. The flavors you taste, and the spiciness it brings gets me every time.
