Suck a good place to get your food already made take home or eat in.. They offer classes too, at home or at the deli. The pastrami sandwich is the best Ive ever eaten. Honestly i eat half then save the other half so i can have the experience twice. It's that good!! The homemade chips are the best i normally never eat them. But again Foodies surpassed any others and now i crave them..

Stopped in for the first time last year during Christmas shopping, I’ve since brought my husband back.. we always dine in. The staff is so sweet and accommodating. The food is always delicious. I usually am not a fan of house chips… But theirs are SO GOOD. Thin and crispy, not overly salty. I could go in for just these chips and be happy. Their sandwiches are so full of flavor and freshness too!

This place is a hidden gem. My wife and I just happened to notice it while passing by and are so glad that we did. They have an excellent selection of gourmet sandwiches. I had the brisket sandwich and my wife had the Gouda grilled cheese. Both used fresh ingredients, were delicious and included a side of potato chips made in-house. In addition to the lunch menu, they also make take home dinner options fresh daily and sell a lot of locally produced items such as local honey, hot sauces, soaps, and other various items. We are excited to try their cooking classes on our next date night as well. If you haven’t tried Foodies I definitely recommend it.

A few girlfriends and I took a cooking class (they offer classes for 4-6 individuals) and opted for one of the pre-fixed autumn inspired menus. I cannot say enough good things about the head chef and owner, Patrick, who encouraged us to have fun and be creative while sharing tips, tricks, and techniques from his culinary training. His assistant Mason was also fantastic and guided us through the preparation and plating of a multi-course meal.The atmosphere at Foodies was cozy and comfortable, and we enjoyed dinner in their private dining area accompanied by some wine from nearby Virginia Beach winery.Beyond the cooking classes, the market features a selection of prepared foods and made-to-order sandwiches, all with a focus on quality, nutrition, and sourcing locally. Patrick is committed to supporting the community and delivering the freshest, most flavorful food to everyone.They also offer catering and private dinners. We will 100% be back.

Quaint place with two of the nicest ladies ever working there... my wife and I ate in a separate room and it was so nice and the atmosphere was relaxing. The food was great as well. Great sandwiches and the homemade potato chips are amazing and almost melt in your mouth. They also have a ton of to go items from Asian style noodles to Lasagna and Pasta. It's so good. HIGHLY recommended

I'm not in this area very often, but when I saw the sign for Foodies, I was intrigued. When I saw the tag "The Locals Market", I was expecting, like, a mini grocery store, but it was definitely not that! But it WAS awesome! The food is reasonably priced and delicious. I got the potato salad, honey garlic shrimp and these amazing pistachio toffees. The staff was so nice and I'm glad I stopped by. I'll swing by again if I'm ever in the neighborhood!

I originally placed my orders on-line and had them delivered; however, since they were so close to my home, I decided to shop in-store.Patrick and Melissa are most open to requests and have an awesome display of their chef's culinary craft in the store. Vicky does an exceptional job of welcoming everyone, taking their order, and making sure you're pleased with your order.While they offer a wide range of options from a lunchtime menu, to ready prepared meal selections, to catering, and cooking classes; visit the website to see all that is offered.Daily in the display case to purchase for dinner are a variety of fish (Salmon, Mahi-Mahi, Crab Cakes, & Shrimp); Meat Loaf, Lasagna (Sausage is great but watch calories); Pastas, always Mac and Cheese to please the children; several varieties of chicken, as well as nuggets; a wide variety of vegetables; and every so often, Stuffed Peppers!I have always tried to exercise and eat well; however, by only changing to purchasing my dinner from Foodies the majority of the time, I have dropped my weight from 270 lbs. to 243 lbs. (5 months.).
