Great time and good laughs

This was my first time at Funny Bone and our last! Horrible experience from the minute we walked into the door! Staff unwelcoming and not friendly! We waited over an hour to get a good seat! When they finally scanned our tickets they gave us assigned seats and it was the worst seats in the house! They sat us to the far left literally right on the side of the stage! We couldn’t even enjoy the show because our heads would have been pointing straight up! Asked staff the reason for the assigned seats and we immediately requested to change seats. Staff instructed us to go to the back of the line and the staff would see what they could do! We waited over an hour to get into the show only to be bullied by staff and treated unfairly! Then, to top it off the lady that was scanning the tickets said if you go and get your guest and go out the exit and stand next to me then we will see what we can do!First of all, on the website it states that the seats are for four people and you will be at a table of four! However, no where on the website does it say anything about assigned seats! Secondly, when we were waiting in line there were two guest talking to the women that was making the schedule and she made sure they were at a table of two! How unfair was that! Third, Funny Bone has a email list that you can join and on shows that are not sold out they offer tickets for $1.00 as this email went out this past Thursday! How is it fair that I paid full price for tickets, show up an hour early only to be told we couldn’t pick our seats? We immediately got up and left and didn’t even stay to watch any of the show. Also, the tables are from elementary school as they were So tiny so they could fit more people in a short space and not open the upstairs ! We will never be back! First impressions are the last! By far, this was the worst experience we have had when it comes to any show we have attended over many years. Do not go, management needs to redesign their marketing strategy as it is clear they are currently not at a competitive advantage compared to other comedy clubs in the area! Don’t go here it is not classy and this place was full of frustration, headaches, and added stress ! Stay far away and you can you tube a comedy show and watch at home as you will be more comfortable and relaxed! This place is a place that will continue to decline. Don’t go and save yourself from a stressful night !!!!!!

A good club for stand up with great acts local and touring

It was ok, place is pretty serious for a comedy club. Sets the tone that a very bad situation could rise instantly. So many bouncers, but celebs performing so i can understand. These were angry bouncers looking for a fight. I have been to other funny bones and they are not like this at all. I was even told to take off sunglasses on the hat I was wearing lmao.

I've gone to many comedy shows over the last 10 years and always have a great time! Staff are friendly and accommodating! The food and drinks are tasty! I always have a great time seeing my favorite comedians at the Funny Bone!

Great place for stand up comedy. Most of the time you can meet the comic afterwards and chat (unless they're a big name but even then I've been pretty lucky with meeting them). The place is a tightly packed house and the staff works very hard to get everyone taken care of. Patience is the key here. VIP tickets usually mean the first four rows. Regular tickets are everything behind those 4 rows. Seating is first come first serve. Staff is nice and if you think otherwise, you're probably the problem. Don't take photos or record during the show, common sense will dictate the obvious guidelines. I'm disabled and this place has always been accommodating with getting me a chair to sit in when waiting in line.
