Customer service was horrible. Employees act like they have no job to do and that it's an imposition to wait on customers. The warming racks are disgusting, the place is filthy and it al2ays looks like this!!!
Never thought I’d have to review a Hardee’s of all places, but I just had such a bizarre experience here that I had to say something. I’ve been coming here since high school and I’m 36 now. The drive thru lady this time was so strangely rude and checked out, to the point where she acted like she wanted me to leave rather than place my short order. When I finally got my food she forgot my drink, fine, but then she went and got me the wrong drink after we had just cleared it up. I was nothing but nice and succinct and in return I got horrendous service and mediocre food, hooray America, hooray Hardee’s.

I sat I'm the drive way for 10 minutes let's alone got out the drive-thru to go in the store went in the store they completely ignore me like I was not sitting in line and told me that they had big orders and I had to wait and let alone I was on my way to work I couldn't even get breakfast I was so pissed off with them they need to do better especially with people's time

The General Manger Thomas of this store is super helpful and very caring towards his customers and his staff. I went during a busy lunch and he helped me out when I needed a option on what to get. I loved his joyful

Brian Edwards is excellent with food service and friendly to his customers Alex is good cook but I don't like the attitude I get from the.general manager where I order from the store when he I by pass this store and go to another Hardee's the general manager r nice I just will never stop back at the Hardee's on first colonial store store 1503004 anymore if the general manager ruded to every customer and the employees thanks Brian Edwards told me new burger and chicken is good Brian recommended me to try it

The young lady thats working there is REAL rude ..i just simply told her i would want a refund if those were my tenders that had been sitting after i waited 20 PLUS minutes. got real HOOOOOD on me! " i dont know who " nahh you wont talk to me like that mam ! Really poor service. I had a terrible experience. I asked for a breakfast plater it didn’t have the scrambled eggs. The gravy was watery like it was uncooked . The staff was rude, we told them for the missing egg and they offered to bring it to the table and they never did. When I went back to the counter they completed ignored me.Parking: The parking is not important as it is the service.

Very poor management at the Hardee’s at Great Neck and First Colonial. On Sunday October 22nd at approximately 10:30, a guest asked what was taking so long and the tall guy at the drive through came out and started yelling and telling everyone to calm down. At that point the guest told him to come on and I thought we were getting ready to have a big brawl in there. The manager came out and started yelling at the one employee that was actually doing his job very well and apologetic to everyone. Many people in line talked about the tall guy and the manager and how rude they both are. Corporate needs to get involved.
