I stopped in before my long trip back to Florida. Service was excellent. Restaurant was clean and service was excellent. Food was fresh and fast. Employees were friendly and made sure that the order was correct. Couldn't ask for better than that.

Most ridiculous experience I've ever had at hardies, first off drivthru was closed, 8/20/23. so we went inside to order, immature kid takes order tells me amount I go to hand him the money he looks at me never took the $20 like he didn't even see me. so his manager tells him she will take him off front line if he does this again, the boy should have been fired immediately. Never agian. After reading all of the negative reviews for this location it's obvious the owner doesn't care no more than his employees, there is no way I would let my employees run my business in this manner before I would step in and take control. Good luck

As we were driving home from vacation, we had to try our very first Hardee's. This location was conveniently on the path of our travels, so we decided to go for it. Upon entering the restaurant, it was very clean and presentable. The woman working the counter was very friendly and helpful as this was our first time at this chain. Food wise, it's fast food. I got the #1 which I think is their signature burger which is shaped in a star patty. My son got the Buffalo Chicken ranch sandwich. He said the chicken was good. The burger wasn't my thing. I got the vibe of being at a BBQ and the burger was in a warmer in hot water. I'm not saying that's the case but that the vibe / taste I got. Fries were very good. One of the top fast food fries.Most important.... It was clean and everyone was polite. Fast food is hard to judge because it's all meant to be made and eaten on the fly.

Worker at the drive thru did not give me my change or fries I ordered..no problem..young lady more than came and made it up with professionalism and courtesy..didn't have an attitude when bringing food, and explained thoroughly what the problem was..mistakes happen in food service..but as long as customer service is rendered and a correction in the problem is taken care of, it's all good!! I kindly appreciate the young lady that took care of the matter!!
