Went there today 1/6/24 and place has closed down. What the hell happened?

Was told it would take about 10 minutes for my order to be cooked. 30 minutes later the cashier brought out my tenders. Then I need to tell him 5 times what the rest of my order was. I asked for a half gallon of sweet tea and received unsweet tea. I won't be in a hurry to return to that Hardee's.

Lazy customer service. They close at 10p but tonight was the second time I went to this location and they stopped taking orders at 9:45p. Not only did they try to hold the line up by responding and moving slower but they also just stopped responding so you can’t place an order.

Went through the drive through ordered. Waited in my food, then realized after I pulled forward food was missing. Since the doors are locked had to pull back around and wait another 10 mins while my other food was getting cold. Also, No straws or condiments were provided.

Extremely cold in restaurant. Everyone inside eating wereing coats. No trays for here orders. Man at countertop doesn't know how to run register. Kind of a racist vibe white's not welcome. Been coming to this location 26 years don't know if I'll be back.

Placed my order online from home and took me 40 minutes to get my food. I live 4 tenths of a mile from this Hardees and my food was cold when I got home. No one knew what they were doing and one girl kept handling her hair with her hands because she didnt have a hair tie. She was the only one not wearing gloves and was handling food. Won't be going back.
