Stopped by this location just after 5pm to get something to eat. I ordered the number one combo.... My sandwich should've been hot and fresh since they weren't busy, it wasn't hot. It was barely warm, cheese was not fresh and as for the tomato on my sandwich, they gave me the very top part of the tomato with the brown ring around it. Took the tomato off and tried to eat the sandwich anyway, I couldn't do it. They didn't give me a receipt either. So I threw it away and drove to the next Hardee's location at Va Beach Blvd and First Colonial Rd. Should have came here first ?. I'll post my review under there location.

Rude inconsiderate workers, as soon as we walked into the door asked “Do yall know what yall want”. When I replied with “not yet sorry” she rolled her eyes and walked away from the register. A different young man came to take our order, I paid and he didn’t give me a receipt or tell me that they will call me to pick the order up or to move to the side or anything, he just walked away.Famous Star was cold, with wilted lettuce and was tasteless. Didn’t get the sauce we asked for with chicken tender order and the dining room was dirty. Ugly attitude from the workers from an ugly restaurant.

This is a good Hardee's where the Lady at the drive through window keeps things moving fast and also the cooking food quality is above that of other stores. Other equivalent Hardee's are the one at Haywood and the Indian River location.

I went to the drive thru around 2:00 today, March 6, and was helped by a friendly young lady. She even asked me to wait at the side for the fries to finish cooking, then brought them out to my car in the rain. You've got a keeper, Hardees; take care of her! And the frisco burger was delicious.

Went through the drive thru for breakfast and ordered a meal. Got to the window and was given a very light bag. I opened it to check and it wasn't the current sandwich and didn't have the potatoes. Had to wait almost 5 minutes for the guy working the window to consult with others to try to figure out what to do and then he asked me for the receipt so he could verify what I was supposed to get. Prices keep going up and service keeps going down

Breakfast is always great here. I love the sausage and egg biscuits from Hardee’s. If I had to pick one thing to critique, I would say I wish the cinnamon raisin roll dough was mixed better—I get salty areas every single time.

Im sorry but the food needs to be checked more before serving. I love me some bacon...but to have something so burnt and old looking just makes a place lose my business altogether. How could anyone look at what I received and serve it to a paying customer? I wouldn't have fed this to anyone.

Watch out for the extra biscuit that's already in the gravy! Manager doesn't seem to mind. Its a bit strange to me because the gravy is always served on the side or on top of a whole biscuit. My platter has it on the side. So how does my side of gravy already have chuncks of biscuit in the bowl?
