I come up to this location quite often. Something is always wrong or “ too busy. i ordered chicken tenders and they were handed to me cooked twice. the tenders taste like old chicken thats been sitting cooked again.

Hit or Miss: Great Burgers, Poor PracticesHardee's has a hit-or-miss vibe for me. I'm a fan of the Frisco burger, reminiscent of Carl's Jr.'s iconic sourdough delight. However, the East Coast version at Hardee's often falls short. Despite short lines, the wait time is surprisingly long, and there's a consistent issue with soggy burger buns, even when I request them well-done toasted.What's more disheartening is the questionable drive-through practice. Cashiers ask customers to pull forward, presumably to minimize wait times. Having worked in fast-food during high school, I understand the efficiency goal, but it feels wrong. Customers shouldn't be moved forward to simply improve service statistics.In the end, I keep coming back for the burger, but the overall experience and service leave much to be desired. Hardee's, it's time to match the quality of your burgers with an improved customer experience.

Idk about any other time of day, but breakfast here is always amazing . Everything fresh & hot. The Chinese lady who takes the orders she’s amazing so nice and friendly she never misses a beat. The team in the a.m is amazing. Iv’e never been for lunch or dinner but breakfast is always a hit! Keep up the great work. Thank you for amazing service.
