THE BEST hot dog around and at the same location as Tony's Hot Dogs on Newtown Rd. When Tony's closed, I was VERY sad. When I saw another Hot dog business took over Tony's I was skeptical but gave them a try and I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. The chili recipe is 98% like Tony's. The new owner offers additional items that are a great side to their famous Hot dog: fries, o-rings, bbq. I told the owner, "don't get rid of the counter stools, they are iconic and less is better. Don't try too much too soon". PLEASE give them a try!

I can't say enough!! I used to love Tony's and had no clue I could get the same quality at the same location!!! It was perfection :) I haven't had a hotdog that good since Tony's shuttered their doors. So happy I ventured out and gave them a shot, well worth it!!!

Excellent Good Dogs, the best onion rings that I’ll had in the Hamptons Roads area, good cole slaw. my only slight con is $3 for the small amount of coleslaw but it’s good cole slaw.Staff is great, I enjoyed the counter service

I stopped in after driving by a few times.Good choice on a late Saturday morning!I was greeted when I walked in.Ordered a beef hot & beef sausage; both were great. I love the chili sauce (closet thing to Nick Tahou in Virginia Beach that I've tasted ).I told the cook if I enjoyed it, he could expect to see me twice a week. His response, "I guess we'll see you twice a week!" LOVE THAT ENERGY!!!Looks like a great lunch spot with just enough seating.I'll be back. *swarzenegger voice*One suggestion...split the hots & sausages for a fuller cook (to my taste).

It reminded me of my childhood outings when eating out was a special time. They have lunch counter style dining and table. The owner and server were genuinely kind and friendly. The hot dogs had a snap to them, and the onion rings were classic homestyle. They serve crushed ice in the drinks. Overall, it was a great experience. I forgot to take pictures.

I was a lifelong fan of Tony's Hotdogs and would drive to Richmond to get the last remaining "Tony's". But since I discovered Hot Diggity, an improvement over the original Tony's, first known as the Norfolk Dog, Hot Diggity's is my go-to for hotdogs. The best!

Stopped in to grab some hot dogs. We almost went to Uncle Al's but we are glad we didn't! The people are so nice, prices are great, and the food was delicious. We got Norfolk Hot Dogs and chili cheese fries- all great!

Discovered this gem just before COVID started. So glad it survived. If I lived in the area, I'd eat there twice a week. Best hot dogs in tidewater. There's someone else using "hot diggity dog", but this is the real deal.
