The "wild mushroom risotto" was the worst risotto's I have ever had, this dish was beyond flavorless...

We were with a party of 15 people this evening. The beef short rib French dip was delicious, however , my husband never got his lobster Mac and cheese entree. Server never checked in to see if everything was good or we would have mentioned it.Kind of crushed what could have been a great experience.

Fantastic food in a warm and inviting place. Service was quick and food arrived, hot and prepared perfectly. Little loud due to crowd volume but bearable. Definitely will be returning!

Came for drinks and a late night light bite. Pretty long drinks menu of cocktails, bourbon flights as well. The signature drinks on the first page were OK. Overall, no strong scents or flavors in these drinks though I was expecting something that'd land a punch. The "new era" drinks were more creative. Liked the "Fairly Odd Pairings" that had a lot going on and "Take Your Shoes Off" for its subtle green tea notes. "7 Mile Gimlet" was a bit watered down IMO, no peanut butter flavor. "Absinthe Lemonade" was meh. The truffle fries were good - fresh and crispy. Atmosphere was laidback with the week night working professionals crowd, cozy with a fireplace and a ton of taxidermy décor all around. Good for dates or a chill friends night out.Parking: hotel parking

We went to the Hunt room for dinner. Love food, everything we tried like salads and entrees were great. Our waitress Maddi were really nice, efficient, attentive. Atmosphere also great, cosy, ttok few pictures wirh bears. Prices reasonable for suc a classy restaurant in one of the best hotels in town. We will be back.

We had not been to the Hunt Room in quite a while. The food quality was no where near what is once was... The oyster soup was actually very delicious in taste although there was not one oyster in it. The Tomato Basil soup was very good but only luke warm. My husband ordered the duck and the duck breast was extremely tough. The sweet potato mash underneath had a very strange taste and was also luke warm. I ordered the crab cake...It was just plain terrible... overly crisp on the outside and mush on the inside... I will say the mashed potatoes I got were good. For the price of this dinner I would not return ( in fact had reservations for March while company came and already canceled). I do love that big fireplace but honestly, that's about it.

Food and drinks were great and so was our server, but the acoustics aren't great. Felt like I had to shout to be heard by my friends who were sitting right next to me. Still an awesome night but made for a sore throat the next day.

We came to the Hunt room on a recommendation from a few friends. Our server was Viliana and she was very good! She kept our drinks full and checked on us regularly. The Brussels sprouts were amazing. The oyster stew was just okay (I’ve never had it before). But we both really liked the short rib French dip and burger! Our only critique is that it was veryyy loud. But we would return and were happy overall!

We had a lovely dinner at the hunt room. It was a busy Saturday night. We were seated as soon as we arrived at our reservation time. The waitress informed me that she did not have a drink menu but she would bring one as soon as it was available, which she did a few minutes later. We browsed the menu and decided on oysters Rockefeller for the appetizer, but our waitress let us know they were out (it was a late reservation) so we opted for the brussels sprouts which were delicious. Our drinks were good and strong. My wife had the stuffed flounder special and I had the venison and both were amazing. Overall it was a great experience and we will be back.

I brought my husband here for his birthday and it didn't disappoint. Everything from the ambience, drinks, food and the service was spot on. WHighly highly recommend this spot for anyone that wants a lovely evening out or has something to celebrate. The massive fireplace was probably my favorite part. My husband loved the decor; taxidermy , guns and whiskey. We will be back again.
