I went on a Tuesday so it wasn’t busy. They thought I was taking take out so it was funny interaction where we kinda just said huh? The people there are super nice and I liked the service, it has a very chill vibe on Tuesdays at least. I ate the udon which was a very light broth that filled me up. I got sushi too but I was already too full. I think it’s a great place for sushi and everyone should try it at least once. Their staff is very mixed from Cambodians, Chinese, and Japanese! Which makes the restaurant more authentic compared to other sushi places. Something I didn’t like was the red bean ice cream ?. Everything else was great ???Also there’s a really pretty seating area perfect for an intimate setting and it’s style is a take on Japanese kotatsu(blanket tables) but in wood.

I have to say I am disappointed. I have been going to Inaka Sushi for well over a decade. With the new owners the quality has really gone downhill. I placed an order for over $100+ in to go sushi as I enjoy eating it at home with the family. The cucumber roll with Avocado (pallet cleanser) is 1 chunk of cucumber (not thinly sliced strips). The quality and flavor that the previous owners had is no longer present.The sushi was NOT BAD but it is no longer the same. I don't know when or if I will ever order again.

Stopped by this little gem today. Surprised by the quality of their food! Chef Si is super nice and welcoming and her skills is superb!!! We were lucky enough that they were not that busy today and had the chef special! Fish was fresh and seasoning was just right. Highly recommend for foodies in this area looking for authentic Japanese food! One person is about 30 dollars. Great price for this quality Japanese food!!

Their nigiri is amazing!! Seems like the shop has a new owner. Very cute lucky cat decoration Fish was fresh and melting in my mouth. Good alcohol selections. I liked their new sayuri sake. Not too strong yet not too sweet. Price was fair compared to other Japanese restaurants in the area.

We had lunch there to celebrate an anniversary of mine. I try to go to Inaka at least once a week. The food is delicious, fresh, fast, and always served with a smile. I feel like I am a member of their family because they always welcome me with open…chopsticks! On this day I had spicy tuna roll and salmon avocado (added cucumber) roll…so tasty! They also let us try a new salad dressing they are creating. It is similar to the dressing they usually serve but not as sweet and with a taste of citrus. I hope they put that on the menu. It was so delicious!

Best Sushi in the area! The Spicy Volcano Roll is the best I’ve had. We get the bento box and replace the California roll with another basic roll for just a $2 up charge. Great Miso and ginger salad appetizers to start.
Have been going to Inaka for many years they quality has never changed. The staff is very friendly.

We took a shot on this place based on the reviews and we were not disappointed! The waitress was so friendly and the food was outstanding! The prices were a little high, but it forced us to try some different menu options and we were really glad we did.

I was there with friends who invited me to dinner to celebrate their sons graduation from Kellam High School. The sushi was excellent. The service was great. And the time spent with great friends was priceless. It was an excellent evening.
