Everything here was nice...the environment, food, and the service. Brandon was so warm and affable. He made me feel welcome right away. I ordered the classic burger and fries....SO GOOD! I wish I had of come here earlier in my trip to eat. Their food is better than I have had the last two nights (Bravo and Cheesecake Factory). WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

Staff is amazing breakfast was great dinner was good, happy hour drink prices made it better. Keep your staff happy you have a great team! The breakfast sausage is amazing! I wish they were on Marriott’s food reward program Eat around town, I would of ate their more instead of going to find other restaurants.

This is the best restaurant that I have been to so far. The breakfast is just like I have dreamed about and the staff is top notch in their professionalism. I left there very satisfied and I expect to come back in the near future. I would come out of my way to come here again. I highly recommend this place to eat.

Came in for a quick drink while in Town Center & immediately felt at home after being greeted by the bartender, Lexi. It was a busy night for the bar and she multitasked well, suggested menu items, and kept my glass full all while tending to other patrons and having meaningful conversation. I will definitely be returning when I see Lexi behind the bar! She’s a keeper for sure & deserves a raise!

We were actually in our was to another restaurant but so glad we came here instead. I've always walked by Interlude, but never stopped. It was a nice ambiance for a hotel restaurant (it's located in The Westin Hotel). First we had drinks. The bartenders were super nice and able to make pretty much anything. We didn't have intentions on eating dinner and just having drinks, but after seeing the menu and seeing the jambalaya pasta on the menu, we had to try it. It's amazing. I've never had jambalaya pasta that was so creamy. I can still taste it. That's going to be my main item to get whenever I go back.
Chicken picatta was really, really bad. As in, inedible. Bartender very warm and nice so two stars for her making the night a little better.

I paid leaving $0 tip of course and took a picture of the receipt and was sure to use my Amex Gold Business card due to the ease of which I could dispute and track if a tip would be added afterwards. Sorry to say that's indeed what happened. Grace added a little over $4 bucks for a $41 dollar meal. Its not $ of course , the principal. Ive since disputed and AMEX is on the case. Very very unfortunate but I refuse to be taken advantage of and be made to feel like a 2nd class citizen.

We stayed at the Westin for the Jimmy Buffett concert, and this restaurant is one of the amenities of the hotel. After we unpacked, we stopped by down here for a couple of drinks and a snack. The menu is limited, but has something for everyone. We were not very hungry so we ordered the Potato Skins due to the bartender's recommendation. They were very good so we ordered another! The restaurant is modern with a aesthetically clean, tasteful and comfortable feel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We chose to have our breakfast here a couple of mornings, and we enjoyed them very much. We sampled the Eggs Benedict, Scrambled eggs, and a couple of Omelettes with sides of bacon and sausage. All we ordered was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. Service was prompt and impeccable. We recommend this establishment.

Came here for breakfast on our last day after checking out of the Westin. Loved the hotel and this restaurant, at least for breakfast. The service was friendly and fast, and the food was yummy! A little on the pricier side for breakfast, but it is a hotel restaurant so that's to be expected. The omelet was perfect, the bacon was sooo crispy and flavorful, and the French toast was not too sweet!
