Do not get to go here in advance. I put an order in around 2pm for a 4pm pick up for my lunch break and it was stone cold. Pasta had hardened and the bread almost broke a tooth it was so stale. Hopefully I don't get sick since it clearly wasn't being stored properly.

I’m not the type to write reviews religiously, but I’ve been coming to this location for over a decade now (pre- and post-their new building opening), and they just never miss. Food is amazing, managers Michael Beiter and Michael Marner remember names and faces of almost every guest, and lovely employees like Robin keep everything clean and moving smoothly. They always remember my order, and weird stuff like what I get on the side, and I’ve seen them do this for other faithful customers too. I think this is one of the rare occasions where it really shows how much management cares in a chain establishment—I’ve never had this type of experience at another location, much less another chain. Oh, and obviously the food is bomb. Fresh every time. Fast. You get it.Parking: Parking lot, and (in the event it gets busy) extra free parking at the Kohl’s right across the street.

Manager was very nice and greeted us! They were busy but he insured us he'd be right with us. Food was great and atmosphere was relaxing. They have a wide selection of flavor teas and salad bar options.

Meat so tough was hard to eat, I stopped going there some years back because they could never get my order right. That was dining in, and my order was always wrong. The wife stopped in today and picked up the New York Yankee, was plenty of meat, but could not enjoy it as it was so tough. I will not be going back, will find somewhere else to spend my money, right expensive, two sandwiches, $32 bucks.
