5 STAR catering experience that was a 10/10 and I will use again. Highly recommend to anyone that is hosting an event. I used Jessy's to cater my retirement party at a beach house rental. Everything about this experience was amazing. From the moment I spoke with Jorge up until when the food arrived, on time and was perfectly set up, I was never worried or concerned. Communication was convenient with text and phone calls that never went unanswered. Now for the food, we went with the taco bar three meat package for 40-45 people and it was amazing! Hot, fresh and of course absolutely tasty. It came with everything you'd want for a taco dinner at any Mexican restaurant to include chips and dips. Thank you Jorge for such a great experience with this Jessy's location. Sorry I didn't take pictures, I was too hungry, hahaha.

It was almost ok. I ordered Ice tea with no sugar and a beef taco salad for lunch.... I received some kind of cola to drink, the beef was quite gristly, the salad didn't have much lettuce, and the whole thing was doused in a really milky / runny queso that ended up tepid and soupy at the bottom of the tortilla bowl.I ate and drank, but would never order that again, and don't recommend the taco salad.

I thought I had reviewed this place back in the grand opening day, anyways gave it a second chance after a couple of years…it’s not good. Wait staff is lackluster. The menudo ordered looked like it was dumped right out of a can. The tortillas seemed like they were wrapped in a paper towel and popped into the microwave.Let me be clear, Jessy’s is still the Mexican Food experience here in the VB/Norfolk area…Tidewater area!…..just not this location. The small Jessy’s around Birdneck/vb blvd by the Autozone is superior. The new Jessy’s Pizza/Taco Bistro on VB Blvd is also superior. A couple of bad experiences over here at the Oceana locale. Not recommended.

Husband and I stopped by for a late lunch. Their michelada is the best I have had here since moving from San Diego. The tortillas are for sure hand made and so fresh. I had the birria tacos, and they were absolutely phenomenal. This place is a must-visit for anyone craving delicious Mexican food and authentic drinks.
