Every time I call there is no delivery service. I just think I’m told that because the staff is lazy.A girl with black hair and sword earrings was super rude the other night in person.Customer service goes a long way…… I won’t EVER order here again or eat there.It SUCKS

I placed an order online for pickup in this store. When I arrived at the store, I noticed a young woman sitting in the car next to me smoking marijuana with a friend. I went into the store to pick up my order, which should have been ready. After waiting several minutes, the young woman from the car came into the store, walked behind the counter, and proceeded to tell me that the store is “out of bread”, to which I replied, “out of bread?”. A coworker then said that the bread just came out of the oven, and the young woman informed me that it would be a “long wait” before my sandwich could be made, and it would be a minimum of 15 minutes. I let the 2 employees know that I would like to wait, at which time the young woman went back outside to the car. It’s been 15 minutes, the young woman is still in the car smoking marijuana, and the young man behind the counter has been standing in the back the entire time. This has got to be the most outrageous experience, to have an employee of a restaurant sitting in front of the restaurant openly smoking marijuana. My husband went back into the restaurant, at which time the young woman went back inside and began to make the order. I am completely speechless.

While waiting in line, an employee walked in with no hat on. When asked where his hat was by his boss, he responded with, "I don't know, maybe at the house." Then, after taking my order, he went to the bathroom for 10 minutes. I never saw him wash his hands! When I finally got the Chicken Caesar wrap I ordered, I noticed it was made with CANNED CHICKEN! There were a lot of flavorless crumbs of something in the wrap. There was nothing Caesar about this nasty thing. I will never ever go back to any Jimmy John's EVER AGAIN ? My husband had the Pepe. The bun tasted old and stale. There was very little meat for the price he paid. This was at 1908 Landstown Centre Way #110 Virginia Beach VA 23456

Super slow. But employees were unwilling to help. Bunch of stuff on the floor. Walked in and employees were on their phone. Took them 10 minutes before they even acknowledged I was there. Rude.

This was my first and last time we come here. Staff rude and stort .Order was salty .... we tried to let them know bit it appeared they were bothered.Even when we asked for napkins the staff was rude. Sorry your miserable .
