I've been seeing food reviews and raves about this chicken. So I decided to give it a try. Uhm...I wasn't really impressed. I did enjoy the spaghetti. ?They don't have kids' meals anymore.?? And I feel the prices are a tad exorbitant. But I love the cleanliness and courtesy of the staff. ??

Long overdue review for this location! This was my first Jollibee experience, I’ve seen them on Netflix and had missed the chance to try them in NYC, so the bar was pretty high! I got take out the first night in VB, but they ran out of Halo Halo which I really need to try it after my Filipina friend highly recommended it. The second day in VB, we drove out there to get halo halo. I saw ppl having halo halo and the person in front of me ordered a halo halo, however, it ran out again when it was my turn. I was shocked we ordered other food and I was still very upset. Luckily the cashier came over to my table shortly after we sat down and told us the manager had found more stored away halo halo ? She was the only cashier and there was a long line that went outside the restaurant, and I can’t appreciate her enough to go out of her way to make sure I can have the halo halo. What can I say, I’m a big foodie, and this location has the nicest staff ?? Food wise! I’m most impressed by how well they heat up in the oven! We bought more so we can have it at home too, they heated up really well following the instructions on their website.Other than the chicken, my favorite thing to have it there is definitely the palabok?
10/10 maybe even better than the location in Los Angeles. Very busy but I understand why. Spicy chicken was perfect, very crispy & flavorful. The spaghetti is really good too.

Food is great, but they start to cheating the customer, they cut the 1 whole thigh into 2 pieces then selling as 2 Pieces. I understand the inflation going crazy, but I am willing they increase the price instead cutting the portion.Reply to the owner:We go to Jollibee every week, it just happen recently, nothing about I don’t satisfied with how much food I received. It’s about I pay for 10 PCS Fried Chicken and I got 7 PCS in fact(5 drumstick and 2 and half PCS thigh cut into 5 PCs)
Not quite as good as other Jollibees closer to the Philippines, but still very good food, great Jollibees atmosphere, and just a fun place to eat.Parking: When they're busy their whole lot can fill up.Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly place.

After living in the Philippines for two years, I love Jollibee. My wife and I are in VA Beach right now, and she was so happy to see a Jollibee here. We ordered on Uber Eats, and we were excited to receive the food. My order was very simple...they have a limited time option, a bacon chicken sandwich. This chicken sandwich comes with cheese, bacon, and mayo. In the instructions I very clearly said "no mayo please". 45 minutes later I got my sandwich with extra mayo on it. So glad I paid $10 for a sandwich I won't be eating.
