Absolutely a great experience!! All the food was good!! It's like you couldn't go wrong. We had a group of 6 and tasted each others dish....food envy at an all time high! LOL!! The staff was so kind and attentive!! This will be our spot whenever we visit VA Beach!

Food is excellent and we always receive a warm and friendly greeting from staff at our favorite Mexican restaurant in VB. Venture away from the standard taco, burrito, enchilada, etc., and you are likely to be rewarded with a nice surprise. It's nice to support a local restaurant, especially one this good, so give it a try if you are in the area. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I visited for dinner last night and absolutely loved the surf & turf tacos! The service was excellent as well - the staff were friendly and the food was brought quickly. Portions were big, so we each brought a taco home. He also enjoyed his perfect patrone margarita - I got a different one I didn’t care for as much, but they had a generous amount of alcohol. Next time I’ll try a frozen beverage, as they looked delicious.

Been going here for years. Was recently charged $1.75 per item that I ordered as a take out fee, which ended up being about 30% up charge that was also taxed. I feel cheated and won't be returning.
Finally the tastiest Mexican Food in Virginia Beach! The refried beans are the best I've ever had. EVERY TIME I try something new, it hits the spot. The meat is perfectly marinated and flavorful.

Came here by accident'!! Really.... My wife and I were staying at the Surfside of Sandbridge at our friend's RV lot. We got a list of places to eat. Forgetting it was Monday our recommendation was closed. We pulled into the condos across from Baja's to make a U-Turn. Lo and behold, Jose Tequila. WOW Service starts at the front door. They had a private party going but no problem. We were seated right away. The menu is extensive, ( look it up yourself) , including Margaritas. I don't do foo foo, so regular Margaritas on the rocks for us. Thankfully only ordered the medium. They were excellent. Chips enough for four and salsa thick with just enough spice. Most of my life has been in SoCal and New Mexico so I like Mexican food. I had the recommended Carnitas, the wife Avocado enchiladas. After a few sips of the excellent house margaritas and munching on chips our orders arrived. Presentation was grand on huge heated plates. My carnitas were most with crispy out sides and again enough for tomorrow. Not usually a refried bean fan. Rather have them fresh... these were great. The wife's meal was also great and a vote to return to try her second decision. Bottom line, excellent waiters with just enough check ins to service our needs. Food, fantastic. We'll be back and add this to our friend's list of recommendations.

The food was amazing and the service was great. We came in as a party of 8. The waiter was patient and answered our questions. I can say hands down that was the best Mexican food that I've ever had in Virginia. We will definitely be back again to enjoy their delicious food.

I’ve been to a few Mexican restaurants, but this one takes the cake a million percent. Between the food which was the best I’ve ever had, phenomenal doesn’t even BEGIN to cover it. The staff, the best customer service I’ve had in a LONG TIME. Extremely courteous, friendly, attentive, and just every other positive words you can think of. My son who is 6, has been learning Spanish in school and the person taking care of us, Diego, was so kind, helping our son speak Spanish and just the best person ever! Diego made the experience, and honestly the day ten times better. Thank you for an amazing experience and can’t wait to see if you come to Charlottesville!
