Cute hole in the wall vegan place. The sweets are nice and I uavent had any of their plant based meat other than the breakfast sausage and I dont know what they use to make the sausage but to me it reminds me of goat (yes I have eaten goat several times before I went vegan and the taste is just not for me. So the taste of this sausage also is not for me.) other than the breakfast sausage, the cakes, cupcakes are good. The pancakes are good. The only other negative is that if you want to get their food, go early because they close early. Where as the other vegan places in the area close at 6pm.Vegetarian options: Vegan place.

This all vegan bagel shop is a massive treat for any folks who are plant based or just willing to try something new. The bagels and bagel sandwiches were great and I really enjoyed the baked goods that I got to sample. I will definitely be back. The staff is super friendly and our orders were completed quickly and correctly even on a busy morning.

Victoria & the team at Kahiau's (ka-he-ow) took great care of us today, ESPECIALLY with my current need for: grain free, no sugar, nut free, egg free, dairy & soy free meals! Highly recommended! She will really work with you if you call ahead & she knows her craft!

1st time here, we drive by here often. Stopped in for the cheesecakes. (They are donating a percentage). It was really good. Might have to try the scones next time. They have a punch card, if you spend$20 get a punch. Also website has menu. Love the paintings in

Five stars for the most delicious cookies I've ever had! I don't think I'll ever order from anywhere else and the prices are affordable. The person I talked with over the phone was so helpful and patient with me as I had quite a few questions.

The vegan biscuits and gravy is terrific as well as the hash browns that are swimming in a pool of grease. Small venue though and wished they paired with Uber eats.

I really love the atmosphere of this cafe! The decorations are gorgeous and it’s amazing that everything is made from scratch. There are just two things I think you should be aware of before coming:1. If the owner isn’t present and you have any allergies, you probably won’t be able to get a straight answer on anything. They advertise as super allergy-friendly (soy free, gluten free, etc), but no one will be able to tell you what’s soy-free unless it’s the owner. A HUGE bummer.2. Even if you call and order ahead, be aware your food/drink may still not be ready. I spent 20 minutes waiting on my latte order after ordering only that and a single pancake (called ahead and came after the intended pickup time because I know it tends to be longer than anticipated). It is what it is, but this is NOT the place to go if you have somewhere to be or expect things in a timely manner.Regardless, this place is great for people who don’t have allergies and have leisure time when they plan to go. Most of the food is absolutely delicious and it’s one of the only places in town you can find amazing vegan food with such a large variety and AMAZING prices.P.s. If you go, get a pancake or waffle—you won’t regret it.Vegetarian options: Completely vegan restaurant so you’ll have no worries if this is your only dietary restriction.Dietary restrictions: If you have allergies you NEED to call ahead and make sure the owner is there. The other staff will NOT be able to answer your questions and if the owner is unreachable you’re out of luck.Parking: There’s always a whole bunch of spots open in front of the bakery—literally never have had an issue with parking and I’ve come almost a dozen times.Kid-friendliness: Small place with lots of things and decorations around. I bring my daughter in and I’ve never had a problem—everyone loves her. If you have a hard time keeping track of your kids or they’re in a phase where they live destruction/accidentally breaking things—don’t bring your kids insideWheelchair accessibility: None that I’ve seen

I experienced some of the pastries while attending the Yule Log event at Towne Point, and they were delightful. So I decided to finally make it to the physical store. The biscuits and gravy were just ok. The biscuits themselves were a bit dry and didn't have much flavor. The gravy was the saving grace of the dish. I also ordered a side [$4 I think] of the Vegan scramble. It was good, but the portion was severely disproportionate to the price.I will try them again and hope to have a more enthusiastic experience.

We ordered the biscuits and gravy and a cheesesteak. Everything was so delicious and flavorful. The banana peppers on the cheesesteak is a wonderful touch. Their desserts are yummy as well - especially the chocolate peanut butter brownie. Service is always friendly. Support your local vegan businesses! :)

We waited 45 minutes for a salad and breakfast bowl. The breakfast bowl had no flavor itself, but was covered in a sweet sauce that tasted like vanilla soy milk and flour- notsomething you want to eat with eggs and tater tots. One of the most disgusting things I’ve ever tasted. The tables were left dirty almost the entire hour we were waiting and we weren’t warned the take out would take 40+ minutes, offered water, etc. Horrible experience in every possible way.

I bought the vegan gingerbread. It was dry and tasted awful. It gave me a horrible aftertaste. I actually didn't feel good after a few bites. There is another vegan bakery in Va Beach and they are wonderful. I wouldn't recommend this bakery especially after getting sick.

My new favorite vegan restaurant! Everyone is so sweet. I always get excited when I see them at festivals/markets as well. When I see them I know I'm not going to starve at the festival/market. They're usually the only vegan booth.
